Fantastic experience: Después de contactar con Emilio por mediación de un familiar, tratamos por nuestra cuenta de aprovechar el tirón inmobiliario y subir el precio de nuestro piso a vender, Emilio y su equipo recogieron el guante, no sin antes advertirnos de que no era el precio objetivo del mercado en ese momento. Todo estaba bien, queríamos hacer la prueba por si aparecía el "mirlo blanco", pero Fin&Home tenía razón y se demoraron las semanas sin arrancar la venta. A partir de ahí confiamos completamente en las estimaciones hechas por el equipo de ventas de Fin&Home y en un mes se vendió sin mayor problema, fruto de un trabajo bien hecho. Hago mención especial del agente comercial Antonio, que ha estado al pie del cañón los últimos tiempos acompañándonos incluso en la gestión notarial de la compra-venta. El resto del equipo también ha brillado en la organización de agenda, asesoramiento y otros menesteres adaptándose perfectamente al horario tan pequeño del que yo disponía debido a asuntos laborales. Esta empresa da confianza y facilita comodidad para estos asuntos tan farragosos de la visita del potencial cliente. En definitiva, les quedo agradecidos y por supuesto recomiendo sus servicios y profesionalidad.

Desde que entré por la puerta todos los que integran el equipo se han desvivido por ponérmelo fácil y me han tratado con delicadeza y educación. Sabía que si con alguien podía vender era con ellos. Evidentemente como cualquier trabajador, cobran lo que su esfuerzo requiere, sin embargo he de decir que saben llegar a acuerdos con el vendedor para que la venta salga adelante, aunque para ello tengan que recortar sus honorarios. Fantastic experience: Desde el primer momento hasta el final hemos recibido tanto mis hermanos como yo, un trato lleno de amabilidad y respeto , y nos han hecho sentir confianza , si bien es cierto que esta confianza es difícil de sentir cuando conoces a alguien, y ellos la saben ganar por cómo trabajan. Fantastic experience: Hace tiempo compré mi piso a esta inmobiliaria y quedé muy satisfecho. Ahora que crece mi familia necesito un piso mayor así que al ver este fin de semana que salieron entrevistados en las noticias del mediodía de Canal Sur hablando del sector inmobiliario desde su nueva ubicación de la calle San Jacinto me he alegrado, me dije esta es mi inmobiliaria y creo que les debía esta reseña positiva, así que volveré a verles para que encuentren mi próximo piso. Todo su personal son estupendos y su atención es estupenda, valen cada euro que les pagué e incluso más. Además se encargaron de todos los tramites y me consiguieron el crédito para el anterior piso que les compré que era de muchos herederos, la inmobiliaria se encargó de tramitarles todo y quedó toda la documentación de la vivienda perfectamente tramitada. Me despreocupé de toda compra y solo tuve que ir a firmar a notaría. Así que volveré a buscar el nuevo piso que necesito más grande con ellos.
