Negative experience: I do not recommend ROMO REAL ESTATE and even less the management of Teresa. We signed the purchase of a house in April of this year, we were aware of the part that she wanted us to know, what she and the owners orchestrated with the property manager so that the sale would not fall through, the special assessment for the rehabilitation of the building. In January, before signing the reservation contract, we requested any minutes from the community that talked about the rehabilitation and where it confirmed that this special assessment would not exceed €7,000, the amount indicated by Teresa and agreed upon with the property to deduct it from the sale price (Had we known the reality, we obviously would not have bought). She told us no, that there was nothing to hide and that there was no document of the future rehabilitation, and that the amount ranged from €5,000 to a maximum of €7,000, that if the reservation was not signed, she could not stop the property and that they would continue showing it, despite having made a reservation of €1,000 the same day of the visit, precisely so that it would not be shown. The rest was the work of the property manager, who convinced me and corroborated the supposed maximum amount by phone. Finally, we agreed on a reduction of €6,900 for the future rehabilitation, for which they had no plan for the execution of work, always according to Romo and the manager, the latter orchestrated by the agency and the owners. This almost €7,000 was the maximum amount of the special assessment. Well, at the end of May, a month and a half after the deed had been signed, an extraordinary meeting was called, and in this, we learned the true amount of the special assessment, almost €15,000 per neighbor. Obviously, this is far from what was confirmed 5 months earlier by Teresa and the property manager before the signing of the reservation. Now I will also mention the budgets, which were hidden from us as they date back to October and November 2023 respectively. Obviously, they have acted maliciously and have proven to be usurers. There are conversations on WhatsApp and emails with all of them, so I do not lie. They were aware of the deception, both Romo Real Estate, the selling family (one of the parties published a positive review), and the property manager. I don’t need to tell you who I am; you already know, they know whom they have deceived. Be careful if you see something suspicious; do not fall for it! P.D. The manager has confirmed that information was hidden from us because they asked for it; I don’t know how he dared to get involved in this mess and the consequences this could bring them.

And finally Tere, who in addition to looking for the best way to sell mine, where I was losing money because we bought very expensive, wanted to help me even in the purchase of the other apartment that had nothing to do with it, as it was getting complicated, thank you very much. Overall, we are very happy as we are finally at ease and almost without thinking. Many thanks to all, you are a movie team!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with Romo has been disastrous. Initially, they made a significant error in the lease contract, as they set a duration of 7 years instead of 5, as indicated by the Urban Lease Law. To begin with, this mistake has caused enormous inconveniences in recovering my property for the need of a habitual residence. When I found myself facing this problem, the real estate agency was completely ineffective, leaving the responsibility on me, forcing me to seek private lawyers and charging me amounts for communications with the tenant, when every month they collected a monthly fee for the management. Moreover, I don't know what this management service consists of, as for example, they made me look for a maintenance company for the ventilation ducts when this was the tenant's obligation... They never attended any community meeting even though it is stated in the contract you sign with them. (There are 35 very nice points written on paper, but I would dare to say that most of them are not fulfilled, at least in my case). In short... I could give many reasons, but the most IMPORTANT for me is that when you have a serious problem, they do not know how to provide an effective response and you have to constantly chase them. For me, instead of help in hiring their services to rent a property, it has been a great source of stress during all these months.

En ROMO Real Estate encontramos la combinación perfecta en la Casa Green: vistas, espacio y amplio jardín. El Tour Virtual nos permitió hacernos una idea fidedigna del inmueble así como tomar medidas exactas. Decidimos ponernos en contacto y rápidamente Josep nos agendó una visita en el horario que nos convenía. La negociación con el vendedor no fue fácil pero tanto Begoña como Teresa estuvieron detrás de la operación para tirarla adelante y poder trasladarnos antes de dar a luz - incluyendo la gestión de la tasación para una financiación favorable. La operación se cerró en gestoría sin imprevistos y ahora ya llevamos un par de meses disfrutando de la casa con la llegada de nuestra hija. Gracias Josep, Bego y Tere. Agradecidos y felices!
