Negative experience: I give them one star simply for the methodology they use, which honestly left me speechless since I have never encountered this with any agency managing my rentals. Specifically, I mean that when they have a potential candidate, they refuse to send you the documentation regarding their solvency (payslips, contract, etc.) since they say 'it is up to them to analyze it', and they also refuse to let you have a call with the candidate, which is completely logical if you are going to rent your property to someone, as you obviously have the right to know them. Regarding the documentation, ALL the previous agencies I have worked with have never had a problem providing it, and if this agency claims, as they do, restrictions regarding data protection (LOPD), then it is as simple as asking the candidate for permission and having them sign a little permission slip through LOPD when they become a firm candidate. However, what I consider UNACCEPTABLE in any way is that I have to rent my apartment to someone I have no idea about their solvency accreditation and potential seriousness, relying entirely on the agency. And on a personal level as a candidate, it is the same since they do not allow me to have a call with him and I believe I have the right to know him. All of this becomes much more important in times of absolute legal insecurity that exists from landlords with constant cases of unoccupied rentals, therefore as a real estate agency, they should understand that the owner wants to ensure that the tenant will be solvent throughout the rental period and that they are a good candidate personally as well. In terms of treatment, I cannot say that I have complaints about the management of these estates since it seems correct to me and with a fairly decent level of attention (except for an email I received that I find inexplicable), but what I explained in the first paragraph seems serious enough for me to give this review, as all of this, plus the (at least my perception) slowness of visits that has occurred has caused me a delay of a month and a half in renting my apartment, as I now have to put it in another agency, losing all that time in between.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, luckily there are more agencies in Tiana because this one leaves a lot to be desired, the person is very unfriendly with customer service. Not recommended at all!! Renting is a bad option and I suppose selling is too. What a shame about the staff.

Fantastic experience: Professionalitat i bon tracte, des del minut 0 han gestionat el lloguer i tots els tràmits pertinents. Han buscat els llogaters segons el perfil indicar i ho han encertat. Gestió de cobraments i incidències perfecta, no t'has de preocupar de res.

Negative experience: Muy mala atención al cliente, primeramente si les llamas te dicen que les envíes un mail y que no les molestes por teléfono. Llegamos a la visita y es la primera vez que no nos saludan ni se presentan antes de pasar a la vivienda. Nos hacen una visita rápida, y a pesar de estar muy interesados en alquilar la vivienda y comentarselo, a ellos parece que no les interesamos nosotros(sin tan siquiera haber entregado ninguna documentación). Falta de profesionalidad y mala educación, suerte con el piso, ya lo tendriais alquilado

Negative experience: Trato impresentable. No tienen trato humano ni personal. Después de llegar a un acuerdo por mail del precio y decirnos que ya podíamos llamar al tasador nos dicen que al final se lo venden a otro. Nada recomendables.
