Negative experience: The store is closed, the owner is retired, and there is no one working there as the owner himself acknowledges. The advertised rental properties have been sitting there collecting dust for an unknown amount of time. If you call the mobile number, he will talk to you while he is at home, telling you that it is impossible to rent and that maybe next year or to buy because the owners do not trust anyone. Even if you suggest options like 'secure rental', etc., he dismisses them and says 'I will tell you the reality.' Additionally, he was sharing his life story while not resolving anything for you. In summary: great if you want to waste all the time in the world for nothing.

Negative experience: Una lástima no haber leído las reseñas antes de haberme fiado de este “señor”. En octubre de 2021 termino contrato de arrendamiento. Desde entonces he pedido el dinero de mi fianza, siempre ponía excusas: que el dueño del piso no le daba el dinero, etc… tras infinitas llamadas, mensajes y visitas a la oficina me cansé y decidí reclamárselo por lo legal. Hoy después de casi un año y medio he recuperado mi fianza, gracias a mi abogado, claro, si no todavía estaría esperando. Por no hablar de la mala educación que tiene el señor Ángel… eso ya daría para otro buen párrafo… Llevo años de alquiler en Segorbe, he alquilado pisos con Marta de LawHome y Juan de Espadán, ambos agradables y honrados, con los que todo ha ido rodado. No alquiléis pisos por medio de foro inmobiliario si no queréis tener problemas.

Negative experience: Para alquilar un piso necesitas tener residencia fiscal propia. Es algo asi como tener acceso a las propiedades de tu jefe en caso de que no te pague a final de mes.
