Negative experience: If you want to buy a home, stay away from TECNOCASA. In addition to imposing abusive fees of over 4.5 (the highest fees in the entire real estate market), they force you to do the transaction with their financial company KIRON. These KIRON people are also abusers who charge their commissions as if they were gold. Having already made an appointment with them to reserve a property, they pull the trick of calling another client to sign before I do. Since I was not willing to do it through their financial service (they insist it has to be with them), and the other client was given no other option and signed all the conditions imposed on them. In short, they will always choose the next fool who is willing to pay their abusive fees and do not respect appointments. I wish the SELLERS knew how these real estate agencies operate; perhaps then they would understand why it takes so long to sell homes if they only want to take the easy money.
