Negative experience: Terrible experience with the treatment received. I had a very bad experience with the salesman/manager of this real estate agency. From the very first moment, the attitude was unpleasant. Even though I always addressed him in Spanish, he insisted on speaking to me in Catalan, which made me feel uncomfortable. Moreover, during the visit to the property, his attitude was rude, with a sour face and clearly wanting to finish as soon as possible. The visit was extremely quick, as if he didn’t want to waste any more time with me. Prior to that, when I called to ask for information, the same salesman from the visit told me that the house was 'spoken for', and then my Spanish/Catalan husband called the same day and was told it was available, perhaps because he was attended by another friendlier sales agent who gave us an appointment to visit it. Unfortunately, it was not her who accompanied me during the visit and my husband could not attend. I don't know if his treatment had to do with the fact that I don't speak Catalan, or if it was because I was a foreigner, but I felt discriminated against and offended, as if they assumed I was not a suitable person to rent the property. Nevertheless, I sent the papers to apply for the house that I clearly liked, and they didn’t even have the decency to respond, even for politeness, as if they didn’t do anything with the papers. I would not recommend this real estate agency due to the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment received.

Negative experience: Molt mals professionals. Encara espero el retorn de la fiança desprès de l’entrega de claus. Uns pirates amb totes les lletres. Jo no hi confiaría

Negative experience: No són gens professionals. Quan he tingut algun problema a la vivenda llogada me n'he hagut d'ocupar jo perquè ells se'n despreocupaven. Abans de que llogués jo la vivenda algú hi va viure per un mes i entremig no van pintar. Retorno la vivenda també sense pintar i NO m'han retornat la fiança. Dos mesos després de viure-hi encara rebo factures d'electricitat. IMPRESENTABLES!!!

Positive experience: Tracte persona i molt honest.

Fantastic experience: Grans professionals. Molt agradables des de bon inici en la primera visita, i fins al final, on tot han sigut facilitats. Han estat en tot moment atents a tota la informació que anaven demanant des del banc; no passaven ni 24h a rebre-les per part de la immobiliària. Gràcies Jordi, ha estat un plaer!
