Negative experience: Very bad experience, 8 years, the window closures, blinds, do not close, humidity everywhere, etc! We have complained many times, no response, total ignore, they warn us that they are not renewing the contract with one month's notice, how do they expect us to find housing in a month with a father who is 86 years old, bastards! I will definitely go there and they will hear me....
We respect your opinion even though we do not share it. The property you reside in is not owned by us; we only manage its rental and do what the owners instruct us to do at the moment they instruct us. Regarding the damages you mention, and as stated in the rental contract and the Tenancy Law, damages caused by normal use of a residence are the responsibility of the tenant. When you signed the rental contract, as stated in its annex-inventory, everything was in perfect condition. After 8 years in the property, it is very likely that damages will appear, but the vast majority are due to use, as you indicated in your comment. I believe it is correct that if you have any issues to discuss with us, we talk in person, but always with respect and courtesy. Otherwise, we have nothing else to discuss. We insist, we are only responsible for managing what the property owner has entrusted us with, the visible face, although at times we do not share it.

You have two consecutive reviews with very bad intentions from 'Dagonaria Roja' and 'Crawford Legal'. In the establishment 'Aldea Lamacido' in Galicia, they did the same thing; is it a coincidence? Yes, these two same 'pseudonyms'. They did it consecutively, during a period when they were even closed. We are faithful and loyal customers of Lamacido for several years, and surprise, while looking for reviews of your establishment, we found the same thing. My congratulations; you must be doing very well, and we will see you soon. You have our five stars to compensate for these injustices that Google allows, which, by the way, there's no way to remove. It's a shame that such a delicate tool is so easily accessible to pests with such bad intentions, protected by Google's little control and the complete lack of options they offer to unmask them. Fantastic experience: Palau is a town with more demand than supply. What happened to us at every real estate agency we went to is that they took note of what we were looking for and told us they would call us back... Only Tot Montseny called us, several times, and they LISTENED to our requests, and in the end, they found what we were looking for: a small house with a garden in the center of Palau (and within budget, of course), while others offered us a very cheap apartment that we couldn't visit because it was occupied (yes, that happened to us). We had the pleasure of getting to know Encarna and Jessica very well; they are very professional and help you with EVERYTHING! At first, you might have doubts, thinking it's their job and that they are telling you what you want to hear, but when what they say will happen always happens in the way they say it will, it builds a lot of trust. You end up dealing with them even about bank issues (because dealing with the bank is more difficult). This is a time for quick decisions and a lot of money at stake, and they don't let you spend even a single bad night. We have felt super supported, 0 surprises! Now we are the owners of a mortgage for a small house with a garden in the center of the village, and we 100% recommend their services (they also found us the apartment we rented for 7 years). 'Tot Montseny, who pursues it, achieves it!' Thank you!

Negative experience: There are better options in the area, my experience with this real estate agency was not good. If there are no problems, everything is fine, but as soon as you have any issue, they disassociate themselves and always have excuses. If you can, choose another one.

Negative experience: No recomiendo para nada esta inmobiliaria, mi experiencia al comprar un piso con ellos ha sido bastante lamentable. Hice una oferta por el piso y acordamos que tendría 6 meses para firmar la escritura y, aunque me dieron su palabra de que eran una inmobiliaria seria y que lo pactado de palabra era suficiente, finalmente, con la excusa de que había otro comprador, me obligaron a escriturar en un máximo de 3 meses (aunque sabían que necesitaba vender primero mi casa). Más tarde, cuando se firmaron las arras, resulta que olvidaron incluir una exigencia del vendedor que era que yo debía pagar el IBI (aunque en el BOE del estado se indica claramente que corresponde al vendedor) y, para no quedar mal con los vendedores, el dia de la escritura, indicaron al notario que habían llegado a un acuerdo conmigo para incluir que era yo quien lo pagaría. Mi sorpresa fue cuando el notario me lo comunicó ya que yo no estaba al corriente. El notario les advirtió que no podían incluir ninguna cláusula sin que yo estuviera de acuerdo y menos sin avisarme. Finalmente el dia de la escritura, la cláusula se había incluido sin mi consentimiento y, al preguntar al notario cuál era el motivo, me indicó; que a él le habían confirmado (la inmobiliaria) que finalmente habíamos llegado a ese acuerdo. El notario tuvo que cambiar la escritura, delante de ellos, sin dar crédito a que le hubieran engañado con el fin de incluirla sin ningún tipo de escrúpulo. Lo peor de todo es que justificaron su comportamiento a que, según ellos, mis padres habían intentado comprar el piso a través de otra inmobiliaria y por eso su trato no era el deseado, como una especie de revancha¿? Mis padres no sólo tienen ya más de 70 años sino que para que van a comprar ellos el piso si el interesado era yo. En fin, todo surrealista, como si estuviera tratando con la mafia en lugar de con una inmobiliaria. Por último, el piso se vendió con unas baldosas, de la pared del baño, que estaban a punto de caer (yo no lo ví en mi visita pq no fuí tocando las paredes) y se movían al tocarlas, su respuesta fue; que si no se habían caído en 10 años no se iban a caer ahora y que podía haberlas roto yo. Claro, una semana después de comprar un piso, me dedico a descolgar las racholas del baño. Ni pasaron a verlas aunque se les pidió en varias ocasiones. Es la primera reseña negativa que escribo, pero creo que es importante dar visibilidad de este tipo de abusos que cometen algunas inmobiliarias como esta. ------- 14/09: Ampliación después de leer la respuesta con mentiras por parte de Tot Montseny a mi reseña: ------ Por lo que veo, todas vuestras respuestas a las reseñas negativas que tenéis, van en la línea de: No conocéis al cliente que hace la queja o es mentira lo que os está reclamando. No me sorprende, después de leer la respuesta, a base de mentiras, que se ha dado a mi reseña. Esta es la primera reseña negativa que he puesto (sólo hay que entrar en mi perfil para verlo), el resto tienen 5 estrellas ya que, por suerte, suelo coincidir con grandes profesionales. Por tanto, ni es verdad que no estuve contento con otra inmobiliaria (no sé ni de dónde lo inventáis), ni que se hiciera una contraoferta (ya que cambiasteis las condiciones una vez ya acordadas), ni lo que se cuenta del IBI (ya que el notario dejó muy claro que esa sentencia no aplica a la venta de pisos) y, además, eso no os da la razón para mentir al notario sobre que yo he aceptado el cambio de condiciones. Tampoco que yo dijera que las baldosas de la pared sólo están huecas por dentro (ya que el Perito de la propia vendedora confirmó que se mueven y están a punto de caer por un defecto en la construcción previo a la venta). Os lo he reclamado en numerosas ocasiones incluido aquí y seguís dando respuestas evasivas. En lugar de tener que “maquillar” todas las reseñas negativas que tenéis, os invito a realizar vuestro trabajo correctamente y de forma honesta y solucionar los problemas directamente con el cliente para que no se vea obligado a denunciar lo que estáis haciendo.

In the offer, as you stated, you asked us to propose to the owner 6 months of deposits, but their counteroffer was 3 months, which you accepted prior to signing the deposit contract. Otherwise, we understand that you would not have signed the contract that committed you to this timeline. We never coerced you into signing the contract, far from it, and this was stipulated in the signed contract. Regarding the IBI settlement for the current year, this was a topic discussed at the signing of the deposit contract and, due to the good faith of the owner, it was not included as a clause in the contract. Our error, which the owner has never reproached us for, something you did. As you rightly say, the law is very clear regarding who is the passive subject of the tax, but as we told you at the time, and as the same notary recognized, the ruling from the Civil Chamber of the TS established as jurisprudential doctrine that 'in the absence of a contrary agreement, the seller who pays the IBI may pass it on to the buyer in proportion to the time each of the parties has held ownership.' Therefore, the owner still reserves the right to do so today. What happens is that now they will have to do it by claiming due to your refusal to do so amicably. We know in good faith, as it was the owner themselves who conveyed and confirmed to us, that you wanted to carry out the sale directly with them, not only through your parents but also through the real estate agency that sold you your property, a fact that the owner refused, who did respect our work at all times. Therefore, the 'mafia-like' action needs to be reviewed as to whom it actually corresponded. And regarding the tiles, you mentioned that 'it seemed they were hollow from the back' and that 'it seemed that sooner or later' they would fall, a fact that, after 6 months, has still not happened (and we hope it never does). This is one of the 5 negative reviews we have received in the more than 25 years we have been in this business. We must not be doing as poorly as you describe. The problem is that we cannot use this service to evaluate our experiences with certain clients. It's a pity. It would be good, and perhaps a good proposal to make to Google. But it's also unfortunate that the only two experiences you had with real estate agents, the purchase of your house and this apartment, have been so negative. Could it be that the problem is not with the real estate agents? However, even so, we insist. We regret that your experience with us was not optimal. We will continue to learn and improve. Hola Dragonaria Rojas (¿o deberíamos llamarte Crawford legal?) reseñas bajo muchos pseudónimos, curiosamente con la misma ip y modus operandi. La verdad, nos preocupan tus comentarios cero y creemos que lo único que persigues con ello es que el promedio de nuestras reseñas baje. No obstante sabemos que los clientes, antes de contratar a nadie, deben mirar todas las reseñas, las buenas y las malas, al menos nosotros lo haríamos así, y cuando vean que los comentarios negativos son de la misma persona aburrida, amargada, que volviéndose a ocultar bajo otro pseudónimo (nunca con un nombre real ni fotografía) pretende sólo eso, no creemos que hagan mucho caso. Así que te recomendaríamos que busques otro hobby, un trabajo, algo que te ocupe tiempo. De esa manera, quizá, se te alegraría el carácter. Que tengas buenas fiestas!!!

Negative experience: Resumiendo: son unos ESTAFADORES. Cobran por conceptos que son ilegales. Su profesionalidad es nula. El servicio en general es terrible. No hablemos ya de la pesima educacion e inexistente responsabilidad a sus obligaciones. Los votos positivos deben ser de familiares porque les llueven las quejas e incluso denuncias, cosa que me enteré demasiado tarde, por desgracia. NO RECOMIENDO, de hecho, EVITADLOS!
Hola Crawford legal, gracias por tu reseña pero, verás, en nuestro afán de ser lo más profesionales posible para garantizar el mejor servicio para nuestros clientes, hemos revisado todas las reseñas que has realizado previamente de otros establecimientos y, o una de dos, casi todo el mundo es muy malo en lo suyo o bien estás muy amargado. Lamentamos no poder solucionarte ni lo uno ni lo otro. No somos tan magnificentes.
Para que tus reseñas parezcan un poco creíbles te recomendaríamos (si fuéramos alguien para dar consejos) que, como mínimo, tu pseudónimo no fuese el de una empresa con diferentes sedes en América, Reino Unido, Asia, Chile, con la que ojalá una inmobiliaria de pueblo como nosotros hubiéramos tenido alguna relación comercial, te identificaras con un nombre y apellido puesto que, en el supuesto caso de que realmente hubiéramos mantenido alguna relación, dudo que lo hubiéramos hecho tan mal como viertes en tus acusaciones. Nos da la sensación de que tus acusaciones son un cortar y pegar que tanto pueden servir para una zapatería como para el gobierno de un país, puesto que se asemejan y mucho al resto de reseñas que has realizado a los demás establecimientos.
En lo único que has estado un tanto acertado (no del todo, no te vengas arriba) es en cuanto a los votos positivos. Se trata de clientes reales que pasan a ser casi de nuestra familia una vez nos conocemos puesto que les ayudamos a hacer realidad gestiones que para la gente de a pie -no para ti que eres capaz de criticar a través de tus reseñas trabajos de mecánicos, supermercados, gestores, empresas de transporte, colegios, ayuntamientos- no son sencillas.
Si quieres te emplazo a que nos muestres las denuncias de las que hablas ya que es la primera noticia que tenemos al respecto de las mismas, aunque no nos extrañaría que con el saber estar y la educación que demuestras, te hayan llegado a ti antes de llegarnos a nosotros.

Fantastic experience: A pesar de teñir una situación difícil con la arrendadora de la casa que alquilé, los agentes de Totmontseny fueron genial conmigo. Me ayudaron muchísimos en manejar una situación delicada. Me sentí apoyada, y escuchada. Contestaban a todas mis respuestas y me dieron muy buen consejos. Al final ver como te trata un negocio en situación difícil te da una idea más concreta de quien son, y puedo decir con certeza que la gente a Totmontseny de verdad valoran a los personas, que sean arrendador o arrendatarios. Un agencia con gente de cualidad, la aconsejo sin duda!

Nuestra experiencia con Tot Montseny, ha sido excelente, el trato ha sido muy profesional a la vez que cercano, nos han ayudado y asesorado en todo lo necesario, haciendo más sencillas las cosas. En mi caso surgió un contratiempo, con un tema, y aunque ellos no debían hacerse cargo de la logística, lo hicieron, y nos dieron la solución. Gracias Toni y Encarna, por todo!

Negative experience: Fuimos a ver una casa con ellos. La casa tenia una modificación hecha en obra sin estar en planos y me dijeron que si estaba interesado, debia pagar yo a su arquitecto de confianza unos 3500 euros mas iva. Si no se pagaba, la vendedora nos intentó forzar generando el temor a que en la tasación hubiera problemas. Le dije que lo lógico es que el propietario actual lo pagase ( mas que nada porque es su casa, aun no es la mia...) e insistió que el propietario no debía pagarlo, sino aquel que la quisiera comprar, pero ¿¿Como voy a entrar a pagar planos de algo que no es mio?? Esto ya de por si resultaba muy extraño y empece a pensar que no acabaría bien. Les hice una oferta que nunca llego al propietario de la vivienda, nos enteramos unos días después, ya que conseguimos contactar con él, pero asustado bajo el incumplimiento de contrato que había firmado, no quiso problemas, y nos redirigió nuevamente a estos. La vendedora, con muy malas formas, no le pareció suficiente mi oferta de arras y me lo hizo saber diciendonos que era una ridiculez de dinero. A la hora de proponer unas arras, es un acuerdo entre comprador y vendedor, y no entiendo que problema puede haber para que ni lo comuniquen. En parte mejor, encontramos otra vivienda y ahora me alegro, pero no olvidaré la manera en la que nos hablaba, y su prepotencia cuando hablaba de dinero. Si a eso le sumas ademas con que seguridad me explicaba que debía pagar algo de dudosa resolución sin ninguna garantía... te dice que lo mejor es marcharte y no volver a llamarles nunca más. Lo último que ha de sentir alguien que está siendo cliente tuyo, acabe como acabe la cosa, es una sensación de un profundo desprecio. Espero que sirva esta reseña de aviso.

Negative experience: Ponen pegas para todo...principalmente la chica que va a enseñar las viviendas. Servicio pésimo. A tu respuesta, creo que te confundes, ya que yo no iba a alquilar nada...pero bueno la prepotencia, la chuleria y la actitud en general de la comercial no tiene nada que ver con las condiciones que pongan los propietarios para vender o alquilar.
ELöISE, no es que nosotros pongamos pegas para todo. Las viviendas que gestionamos no son todas nuestras y los propietarios de esas viviendas nos marcan unos criterios para el alquiler de las mismas con las máximas garantías, entre ellos que el inquilino tenga como mínimo una nómina o ingresos justificables. Qué menos!!! ¿Si fuera tuya la vivienda no te gustaría que fuera así?
