Negative experience: After 2 weeks of failed attempts to rent an apartment, I must say I am very, very disappointed with the service. Unanswered messages, completely uninterested attitude, nonexistent document management, no calls answered by my 'agent' Mikhail or the 'company' number. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. With this response, it becomes much clearer to me what kind of real estate agency they are, writing privately to try to hear my version and later attempting to expose and display in public what was a potential client as a liar. As I truly reiterate, total disinterest even in the client's name which they don't even pay attention to, delivery of the scarce requested documentation in minimal time, and unanswered calls both from the agent and the 'company' phone. The only good thing about the experience is the failed attempt at improvement, best regards.

Negative experience: Be careful with this agency if you are going to rent because they charge the Commission illegally to the tenant, using the excuse of fictitious management that I do not want to hire to charge me the Commission. The Urban Leasing Law (LAU) came out in May 2023 so that the property owner pays the commission of the real estate agencies.

Their way of working leaves much to be desired, especially when it has been published without consent and without asking for any documentation to prove that they have spoken with those authorized to rent the properties.

Negative experience: Poor service, they ask you several times what you are looking for and the next day they don't remember you. They try to charge you a reservation of a thousand euros with no way to refund it (before seeing the apartment!), it seems like a dreadful, unprofessional team and they leave you hanging while they 'look for' apartments. It’s clear they only choose the best profiles and leave all the others behind until you write to them for the sixth time. edit: the lie about their response. First of all, we were looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, so the information you have in your database is wrong. Second, I didn’t call you six times in a week, that would be excessive. After two months trying to talk to you and schedule a visit, maybe I called only once at the beginning, and I’ve sent a WhatsApp message once a week more or less because I see your team very distracted. Third, your employee, I don’t know his name because he didn’t have the courtesy to tell me, but he’s chubby, a bit bald, and looks strong, told me the following about the non-recoverable deposit: "The reservation procedure is as follows: First, you send me the documentation of the adults who will live in the property and tell me if you have children, pets, stable job, etc! Then I will comment to the owner about your profile and if he gives me the ok, you can reserve it! The reservation is made with 2 months' rent and you will be given an official reservation document confirming that this property is reserved for you and will cease to be offered! The reservation is only recoverable if the property is not in the same condition as in the photos or video; otherwise, it is not refunded. The reservation is mainly to ensure that the interested party is reassured and secures their future home. Then at the time of the contract, you pay the remaining months!" It seems that your team is deceiving you, I recommend that you review the conversations that happen between them and the clients and not just rely on the information they leave in the database. In short, within 5 days with another real estate agency we had an apartment without complications.
