Negative experience: I am writing this review so that you don't end up like me. We put our apartment up for sale, it was sold, and from the moment of the signing of the deposit, we, the owners, had to get in touch with them, insisting on the state of our sale. At all times, they told us that everything was going perfectly, despite the times being quite suspicious, as we had to leave the apartment at the end of the month and it was the beginning of the month, and they hadn't even come to appraise it. Then, 10 days before we had to leave our apartment, with half of our move already done, they informed us that the buyers were not granted the mortgage, something that we could see coming earlier, but they always confirmed to us that everything was correct. Now we find ourselves with a half-disassembled apartment, with two small children and without selling the apartment, having lost 6 months of our time and other potential buyers, and they have not proposed any solution to the issue. I believe they have treated us very poorly, with a lack of information and professionalism, something we had already been warned about, but we trusted them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
