Negative experience: Not recommended.. my bad experience starts when Elisea tells me that if I don't have an ID I won't be able to enter the purchase of the apartment, WELL, I also pay taxes and have the same right even if I don't have an ID... after looking at the apartment she tells me that when I make the reservation she would give me the simple note of the property, but it turns out she never wanted to give it to me, besides the girl lies, she told me from the beginning that the reservation contract was for 15 days and that she would give me the simple note, when I made the reservation she didn't want to give me the simple note and on the 3rd day she told me to request a refund because I will not enter the purchase of the property. Failed in the reservation time of 15 days of the reservation contract. You write to her on WhatsApp and she leaves you on read. Overall, they are unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: I called them about an apartment on Av Favencia. 1. They took a while to answer my call, I think I had to call 3 times. 2. We agreed on a day and that same day they canceled it. 3. I called the next day and they said the owners were no longer selling it. It all seemed very strange... I didn't like the experience I had with them, it was in March or April.
Hello Stewill, In response to your review: 1.- I want to mention that we have 9 people working in the morning and afternoon commercial hours, and if we cannot respond immediately, it is because we are attending to other clients or talking on the phone in the order of requests, but we always attend to everyone. One of the things that defines us, among many others, is our good customer service. 2.- We canceled the visit because the property owner canceled it a few hours before for personal reasons unrelated to Zona Fincas. We are awaiting authorization from the property to resume visits. 3.- It is not in our hands if the property owner ultimately decides to halt the sale of their property, which you were interested in, as the assigned salesperson informed you. To conclude, I want to mention that there is nothing strange about your short experience with Zona Fincas, as you have always been attended to with total transparency.

Negative experience: Araceli was my first contact with this real estate agency, and she deserves 5 stars, super nice, kind, and gave us very useful and accurate information. After that, all contact was with Elysea, who is quite unpleasant to deal with, and we are not the only ones saying this as buyers; we also discussed it with others, and they feel the same way. To clarify our doubts, we had to contact the sellers when Elysea did not respond to our messages or calls, and when she did, she would only answer what she wanted, leaving us with a thousand questions. Since most of our experience with Zona Fincas was with her, it wasn't pleasant at all. You ask her questions, and she responds by scolding you; she was annoyed that we requested information that would provide us with extra security for some procedures when the owners had no problem when we mentioned it to them. She told us they would manage the changes to the utilities, but after more than a month, neither the electricity nor the gas changes had been requested; we had to do it ourselves. They postponed the signing date and only said that the real estate agency did not have time to sign when the reason was something else. Nothing would have happened if they had told us the real reason; we would have appreciated more transparency. The day of the signing was the only day she was in a good mood and kind; she even gave us one or two tips. Response: 1. I edited the mention of the people who shared their dissatisfaction with me because you called me to pressure me and called them to pressure me into doing it, which is called harassment. Just like you pressure people to give you good reviews. 2. If I wanted a response at that moment, I would not have waited whole days for a reply from Elysea; I also have screenshots if you like. 3. Negative experience: No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede , pero nunca recomendaría está inmobiliaria , estuve un año en un piso alquilados por ellos , al irme espere un mes la fianza y resulta q no la habían solicitado según ellos , sino reclamo se olvidan de darme la fianza , aparte me retuvieron 120 euros para los gastos que quedasen de luz , estuve reclamando dos meses y no me lo dan , he tenido q ir al piso antiguo y mirar las factur,as ,porque según ellos no tenían las facturas aún , son unos ladrones estafadores que se aprovechan de la gente , nunca hagaais trato con esta gente
Sr. Fran Restrepo, Tras leer sus comentarios y acusaciones (las cuales podrían estar jurídicamente penadas por difamación, etc…), llegamos a la conclusión que es necesario contestarle y que el usuario lea las dos versiones, ya que es muy fácil y muy injusto utilizar esta vía para difamar fácilmente, manchando nuestro nombre con mentiras, cuando los datos en positivo de nuestro trabajo diario nos avalan. Para empezar quiero garantizarle que no hubiera sido necesario que nos recordara la devolución de la fianza para hacerle su correspondiente abono ya que apropiarnos de algo que no es nuestro le recuerdo que se llama apropiación indebida. Pero por otro lado, sí ha sido necesario reclamarle a usted en varias ocasiones que proporcione a la propiedad los pagos de las últimas facturas de suministros con el fin de realizar correctamente la regularización de los mismos por sus consumos y periodos de facturación, es por ello que se le retuvieron 120€ de su fianza, en provisión de fondos, para así corroborar dichos pagos y no dejar consumos pendientes a cargo de los propietarios cuando no son ellos los que han consumido los mismos. Dicha retención se acuerda entre arrendador y arrendatario en la formalización del contrato de arrendamiento y así se les recuerda e informa a ambas partes el día de su rescisión para la devolución de la fianza. Aprovechando la ocasión para comentarle que nos acusa de estafadores cuando usted ha ido personalmente como dice en su escrito al piso antiguo a sustraer de un buzón cartas?? cosa que le recuerdo que está completamente prohibida, o tiene usted autorización del actual inquilino para sustraerle las cartas del buzón? Es nuestro trabajo velar tanto por la parte inquilina como la parte propietaria, pues algún día usted podrá estar en el otro bando y no querría que le dejaran deudas a su cargo. Y nos gustaría acabar mencionándole que el tiempo que ha invertido usted en crear tres usuarios ficticios o amigos a los que ha convencido en que nos pongan una reseña negativa el mismo día sobre las mismas horas, no es necesario, pues en esta ocasión vamos a responder a todos y esperamos que ellos puedas identificarse como clientes nuestros, ya que dudo que puedan hacerlo.
Negative experience: Tardan muchísimo en devolver la fianza y encima se quedan con 120€ de la fianza, por si llega alguna factura luz, agua, gas. Es una estafa porque nunca devuelven esos 120€ alegando que les faltan facturas o que no has pagado alguna factura, y te van metiendo excusas hasta que te cansas de reclamar y se quedan con el dinero.

Si es así, identifíquese y demuestre que nuestra empresa se ha apropiado de la cantidad que menciona, normalmente deja usted que la gente se quede su dinero? Estaríamos encantados en nos denunciara legalmente y pudiéramos defendernos correctamente y no utilicen estas vías para aprovecharse en difamar y echar una mano algún familiar o amigo que me pide que ponga una reseña. Le rogaría fehacientemente no nos haga perder el tiempo y nos deje trabajar.
