Fantastic experience: I bought my first apartment with Donpiso and the truth is that everything has been great. Without me knowing much, they have advised and guided me until the end. Daniel and Anabel are my trusted people from now on. I would do it again without a doubt.

Negative experience: My experience with Don Piso and their agent, Ezekiel, was deeply disappointing and unethical. Here are the key issues: Misleading Information: Ezekiel assured us the down payment would mostly go to the landlord, but we later discovered he was taking the entire amount as his commission. Manipulated Negotiations: Ezekiel rejected offers beneficial to both parties, misleading us about the landlord's demands. We later learned the seller only wanted monthly payments, not a down payment. False Legal Claims: Ezekiel falsely claimed the landlord had legal representation, stalling communication and raising red flags. Incorrect Tax Information: Ezekiel provided incorrect tax estimates, which were 40% higher than the actual obligations. Unethical Pressure Tactics: Ezekiel pressured us by claiming other buyers had paid deposits, adding undue stress. Failure to Repay: Ezekiel agreed to repay the additional tax amount due to his miscalculations but has not made any payments as of mid-2024. I do not recommend working with Ezekiel or Don Piso. This experience taught me to engage with the seller’s lawyer early and hire a property tax lawyer in addition to my main legal counsel. My lawyer, Mr. Hugo Navarrete, demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout this process. Be cautious if you decide to work with them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with this real estate agency. Verónica, the sales representative, quickly found the apartment with the conditions I asked for (it wasn't easy). She perfectly understood my needs. Once decided, the purchasing process was a very good experience. They kept me informed about everything, and Anabel, the person who accompanied me throughout the purchasing process, did an excellent job. Their responses to my questions (which were MANY) were immediate. I couldn't be happier with every single one of the workers I dealt with at Don Piso. It was a pleasure to sign my first apartment purchase with you.

Negative experience: Shameful! We made a reservation document for an apartment and they asked us for €3000 to secure the apartment. Later, they inform us that the owners accepted the offer and we set a date to sign the deposit. With the deposit contract prepared, they tell us two days before the signing that the owner 'supposedly' sold the apartment to another person. With our incredulous faces, we ask how this could be if the apartment was reserved and what the signed document and the payment of €3000 were for. They simply deemed to say that they couldn't do anything and that they were sorry. Trust, zero.

Negative experience: Si quereis comprar un piso con ellos, no os hagais ilusiones muy pronto. Reservamos un piso, hicimos una oferta y los propietarios aceptaron. A las pocas horas nos dicen que el piso está vendido a otra persona. Se supone que cuando reservas, queda anulado para los demás. Tampoco nos dieron opción de igualar la otra oferta. Actualmente ya tenemos otro piso (gestionado por otra inmobiliaria) y estamos muy contentos pero no se puede jugar así con las ilusiones de la gente.

Negative experience: Una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Estafadores y mentirosos. Ni se os ocurra comprar un piso de obra nueva. Llevamos tres meses esperando a que vengan a arreglar las incidencias, pero está claro que una vez han cobrado, no eres nadie para ellos. Además, cuando les interesa te dicen que ellos solo son los gestores de la obra, que ni han construido o promovido la obra. Nosotros todo lo hemos firmado con el Subdirector General de Don Piso, incluso la compra del piso y nunca hemos conocido a nadie de la empresa promotora, que curiosamente tiene el mismo domicilio fiscal que el de Don Piso. Acabados horrorosos e incumplimiento de la Memoria de Calidades, que no justifican. Es más, me dicen que les denuncie. Pues eso... encima déspotas.

Negative experience: La experiencia con don piso es nefasta. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Solo quieren vender y luego no se hacen cargo de los problemas. Todo son excusas,de unos a otros , todo es bonito hasta que pagas...no os fíes y mucho menos si es una obra nueva!!!!

Negative experience: Dejar el nombre de la marca de la franquicia a depende que "profesional""""" deberías de mirarlo. En Mollet - Granollers la persona encargada del establecimiento una gestión vergonzosa.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia con esta immobiliaria. Pensábamos que al tener más nombre, serían más serios y comprobamos que no. Nos ocultaron que el piso que nos interesaba tenía una usufructuaria y lo vimos casi cuando íbamos a firmar el contrato de arras. Muchas prisas por firmar, casi no te dejaban ni tiempo para pensar... Quizás fue por la mala comercial, pero con ellos no repetiría más.
