Now I will have to request another day off from work and waste my time for their convenience, as I mentioned earlier, they do not keep their word.

Negative experience: The staff of this real estate agency is not professional at all; until the last day, we had to manage all the paperwork for the purchase ourselves. The fees are very abusive compared to other agencies for the terrible service they provide.

Negative experience: Be careful with these people, they inform you and tell you that their commission is €4,500 plus VAT, which is about €5,400, but they don't tell you that they are also charging a commission to the property owner, meaning you end up paying around €8,000 to €10,000 in commission for a property worth around €80,000. A 10-12% commission on the sale is completely immoral and unethical. They force you to make a deposit of €3,000 to be able to make a purchase offer, assuring you that if there is no agreement within 24 hours, they will return your money. I've been waiting 15 days for my deposit to be returned and they keep giving me the runaround without any explanation as to why they haven't returned my money. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM!
