Negative experience: Het begin is heel vriendelijk maar het blijkt een slang. Een gladde welke volstrekt incapabel onprofessioneel, gemeen en volstrekt onbetrouwbaar. Niet mee in zee gaan Al lijkt het nog zo aantrekkelijk, NIET doen! U bent gewaarschuwd. In reactie wast Orientur de handen in onschuld. Flauwekul! Orientur probeerde een ondertekening van een koopcontract af te dwingen door een bezichtiging onmogelijk te laten. Maar zeg nu zelf, wie koopt er een huis wat je niet eens meer mag zien?. Een ondertekening zou tevens betekenen dat er een verplichting tot betaling aan 10% wordt aangegaan. (In deze een slordige 77500 euro) . Niet heel erg vreemd dat we een bezichtiging wenselijk achten. Het aangeboden grondstuk bleek overigens totaal niet te kloppen met de in het koopcontract vermelde oppervlakte. Inmiddels staat ook vast dat de advocaat van de verkoper bewust heeft gelogen. Zeer waarschijnlijk om zelf grondstukken op eigen naam te krijgen. Orientur werkt zeer nauw samen met deze advocaat en vormt zo dus een twee eenheid waar menig koper zijn tanden al op stuk knarste. Uiteindelijk is nu (volgens info van Orientur) de woning (even snel) verkocht aan een andere partij. Ik sluit het zeker niet uitvrat ook die koper werd voorgehouden dat “snelheid” geboden was. Wanneer de koper er in is getrapt dan wacht hem zeer beslist nog een nare verrassing. Overigens zijn wij niet boos maar wel zeer teleurgesteld. Wanneer Orientur boos is dan zal ze toch echt bij zichzelf te raden moeten gaan. Gelukkig zijn wij op onze hoede geweest en hebben het contract eerst goed gelezen al voor wij het wilde ondertekenen. En tja dat Orientur dat lastig vindt begrijp ik wel. De reactie bevestigd nog maar eens extra dat een huis kopen in Spanje iets anders is dan een huis kopen in de meer noordelijk gelegen Europese landen. En zolang dat elke idioot een makelaarskantoor kan starten in Spanje zal dat ook niet snel veranderen. Dus Orientur ik neem helemaal niets terug van wat ik gezegd heb en wil een ieder waarschuwen voor je mooie praatjes en sluwe streken. EN The beginning is very friendly but it turns out to be a snake. Meerdere keren heb ik hem aangeraden om een verkoopcontract te tekenen als hij geïnteresseerd was, waar je voortdurend aan sleepte en excuses maakte. Eindelijk hebben de eigenaren, via een ander makelaarskantoor, het huis deze maand verkocht, en nu ben je boos op me, dat het mij niet kwalijk is, dat alle tijd die ik met je doorbracht niet nuttig was en dat ik niets heb gewonnen . Ik vind de behandeling die hij mij geeft en wat hij over mij schrijft erg oneerlijk van zijn kant, aangezien ik hem altijd beleefd en correct heb behandeld en hem permanent op de hoogte heb gehouden. Ik vraag u alstublieft om uw beledigingen en diskwalificaties aan mij in te trekken. Desde el mes de Marzo que visitamos la casa por primera vez con usted, le informé claramente que yo no tenía la exclusividad de la venta y que había otras inmobiliaria ofreciendo la Propiedad. Varias veces le recomendé, que si estaba interesado, firmar un contrato de venta, a lo que usted de forma continuada daba largas y excusas. Finalmente los propietarios, a través de otra inmobiliaria, vendieron la casa este mes, y ahora usted se enfada conmigo, que no tengo culpa, que todo el tiempo invertido con usted no ha servido y que no he ganado nada. Creo que es muy injusto de su parte el trato que me da y lo que escribe de mi, ya que yo siempre lo he tratado con educación y correctamente, teniéndole permanentemente informado.
