Negative experience: Hello, good afternoon. Last year I rented a duplex in Puigcerdà with this same agency. I wasn't very lucky as we had problems with the apartment. Every time I arrived at the apartment and had to heat the house, it was impossible because the electricity kept going out every now and then, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, we didn't know when the power had gone out, and our fridge goods were spoiling. The best part was that I paid €400 monthly in bills, a total rip-off as the owners don't bother looking for deals with providers (since they don't pay for it themselves!). On the last day I came up from Barcelona to return the keys, I cleaned the apartment all day to leave it somewhat acceptable. In the end, they couldn't come to check the apartment, and I found out that in order to get my deposit back, they charged me €125 for cleaning because the bathroom of the upstairs apartment was a little dirty, they charged me for a light that had come down in the kitchen, and the funniest part was that they blamed me for leaving a shutter open. The treatment by the real estate agency was terrible. Quality-price, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.
