Negative experience: La Gran Vall changed the terms of the contract before we signed it. The following happened: they confirmed the price and the conditions in writing to rent one of their seasonal apartments, and we agreed by confirming those conditions, also in writing. We also discarded other options we had seen. We sent them our ID cards for the contract. A few days later, before signing, they informed us that the price would be 10% higher, without further explanation. We tried to mediate with them and explain that what they were doing could be done legally since we had not signed the contract yet, but it is unprofessional and decreases the trust we had in them. We did not reach any agreement; they maintained the 10% increase in the price. In the end, we rented the apartment with another different agency.
