We made a deposit and within 48 hours they tell us that the property wants €10,000 more, unacceptable. They play with several buyers to see who bites. Luckily, we handled everything with our lawyer and recovered the money.

However, making a low offer compared to the public sale price always carries the possibility of not succeeding in the transaction. A reservation was signed, subject to the acceptance of the owner, and a maximum date for the return of the deposit was stipulated, which was met. The involvement of your lawyer was at your own will without any necessity, delaying all our steps. Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience of my life. The owner of the agency Mr. Josep Ribas is ruthless sales man that in order to sell put you under insane pressure. Moreover doesn't like to pay tax and I'm still waiting for my receipts after weeks where I lost money on an offer of an apartment that otherwise I would have bought with any other honest agency. Also they like to play around with foreigners that might be easier to fool. Basically is a scam
Dear Carlo, On behalf of A-House we are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, reading your review and profile, we have revised and can recall exactly what occurred in this specific case and our understanding of the matter, in which we explained to you in detail precisely a year ago, when this incidence occurred. You made an official offer on a property at a lower price than the original selling price, making a small down payment as a commitment to the purchase. This offer was then accepted by the proprietor of the property. After this acceptance, you then reviewed the current rates of interest the banks were offering for mortgage lending, and in that moment due to the level of high interest rates, you concluded that the current lending market made the operation not economically profitable for yourself. You finally decided not to go through and purchase the property, thus leaving the down payment in favour of the owner. Our entity has not benefited financially from this transaction, as these are funds that are deposited directly to the proprietor and is why no invoice can be supplied to you on our behalf of A-House, as Mr. Ribas already explained to you last year. If you take a moment to revise all our reviews, we have never been accused of such an accusation and take these comments very seriously, as client satisfaction is key in our business. Negative experience: Servicio al cliente pésimo. Agendé cita con ellos el pasado lunes para visitar un piso a dos días vista, y hoy viernes todavía sigo esperando confirmación. El mismo día de la visita intenté ponerme en contacto con ellos ya que no había recibido notificación según me dijeron que me enviarían, y directamente me ha resultado imposible contactarlos. Desde luego en 2020, cuando se supone que estamos en la era de focalizarnos en el cliente, creo que esta empresa no lo tiene claro. Por supuesto que ya he perdido el interés, pero un poco de formalidad al respecto sería de agradecer. Espero que sirva como sugerencia para mejorar en futuros contactos con otros clientes.

Negative experience: Les deben sobrar clientes que quieren comprar pisos, porque si no no lo entiendo. Intenté dos veces ver un piso con ellos; la primera vez me dijeron que me confirmarían la cita pero no lo hicieron. La segunda vez quedamos, y 10 minutos después de la hora acordada les llamé para ver si tardaban mucho porque iba con prisa, y me dijeron que les había surgido un imprevisto y no iban a poder enseñármelo. Nadie se molestó en llamarme, si no llamo yo, sigo esperando en la puerta. Lamentable, nunca más.
