Fantastic experience: Despite an apartment in Spain bought through the broker Spanish Dream located in Sabenillas. I have a very good experience with this broker. We started with the viewing of an apartment we found. The viewing took place under the guidance of an employee of this office named Kate. Kate is an enthusiastic and professional employee who showed us the apartment and provided us with information. She did this in a customer-friendly and convincing manner. The area surrounding this apartment in particular did not meet our expectations. Kate responded to this with a huge smile, I have something else for you. She called it the icing on the cake. We went there and it turned out to be a beautiful apartment. Kate also showed us this apartment in a professional manner. It was beautiful. There were some problems with the sale. Kate convincingly said, I WILL SOLVE THIS. I will call you tomorrow. The next day this was indeed solved by Kate. Kate is really a topper. The role and help of other people from this broker, namely Sandra and Markus, was also positive and customer-friendly. In short, a good and professional real estate agent Spanish Dream

Negative experience: Our experience was disappointing with the sale of the house. Visits and client search went well, but once they have an interested client, they push you to accept the offer and sign as soon as possible. Once you sign and they have guaranteed the commission, the service disappears. Sandra was 'attending' to us and did not respond to any of our questions with the excuse that 'they are not lawyers, just sellers.' At those moments when you have many legal matters, notary, withholdings, supplies, etc., is when I needed at least minimal advice, and they disappeared. So much so, that Sandra told me she preferred not to go to the signing; I was outraged and sent another colleague to avoid facing us. In short, our experience is not recommendable at all, and the commission is excessive for what they do.

Fantastic experience: Well, what can I say...Shelley was a superstar for us! We came out to find our holiday home felt deflated that we could not find anything that ticked enough boxes for us...cue Shelley and a burst of energy and enthusiasm, just what we needed to lift us. Shelley was determined to find us our place and showed us a wide variety so we could realise what we actually wanted and what was important. Not only that, Shelley was genuine and honest and gave us so much advice. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Shelley was fantastic. She was transparent, flexible, energetic and went the extra mile to find us our home. She showed us a lot of options We had originally thought we wanted beach side, in fact we were quite rigid on that, and she found us a great beach side option within our budget. However, the home we really fell in love with (straight out the gate and the first one we saw with Shelley) was within a short 5 minute e-bike or drive to the beach (but more alto) however, although we loved it, it took us awhile to realize it was right home for us, and that it pipped all other options (for many reasons), even the beach front. Shelley has endless patience until you find (or realize you've found the right place as in our case!) your home. She also has great resources to help you if you need other services to help you make your home yours. I highly recommend Shelley, Sandra and their associates at Spanish Dream. They are the good guys.

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I went into the Sabinillas branch a couple of weeks ago on a wet and cold Saturday afternoon and was met with the most friendly warm welcome from Kate. She spent time to listen to what we were looking for and managed to find several properties for us to view. Kate made appointments and arrangements for us to view a number of properties. She liaised with other agents in order to show us a full range of properties, nothing was too much trouble. Kate continued to look at all options sending a number of properties for us to look at. During all of the time dealing with Kate she was professional and friendly. We have not yet made the commitment to purchase but I feel sure that when we do we will be contacting Kate again. Para nada recomendable esta agencia, desde luego yo no volvería a trabajar con ellos.

Fantastic experience: Past experience of Estate Agents has not always been too good but with Sandra of Spanish Dream it has been 100% plus. Talk about "the extra mile". Nothing is too much trouble and always extremely helpful and thoughtful. Cannot praise her service highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend her for both buying and selling.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I can 100% recommend Sandra from Spanish Dream. I arrived on very-short notice at the Costa del Sol. In particular, I called her on a Friday evening, asking to arrange viewings for the next day. Instead of telling me that this is not possible, Sandra got to work right away. She listened to my requirements and send me various suitable properties a few minutes after the call. We evaluated them together and she got to arranging viewings for the next day. On Saturday, whilst we were viewing properties, Sandra explained to me the legal process. By the time we saw my dream home I felt comfortable making an offer and Sandra helped me negotiate a great price. She gave me lots of invaluable advice, tips, answered every question I had & showed me around the area making many recommendations for everything I might possibly need – from restaurants to sporting facilities. She was with me every step of the way - from the offer to the bank & legal side - she accompanied me to meetings with my lawyer and even to view the local gym! Highly recommended!! 1A**!
