Fantastic experience: Every time we go to vacation in Oropesa del Mar, we contact this real estate agency to rent apartments and they are always good and correct.

Negative experience: They are a total disaster, the communication is terrible, I would never have any commercial contact with them again. If you are going to buy or rent, look for a real estate agency that is more professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming with them to Marina D'or for many years, I have never had problems with the apartments, I recommend it.

Negative experience: The place is close to the beach, I love it. They don't have air conditioning in both rooms. We went to sleep in the living room at night because there is air conditioning there. We paid 1.50€ per day for the baby crib. They have no consideration. Even the sheets cost 30 euros. It has a deposit of 150€, and it's not like that. The house needs renovation inside. Everything we rented as an apartment is not like that.

Negative experience: Terrible service in Oropesa del Mar. We informed that we would come to participate in a tournament and needed the apartment before going. They told us that it was impossible before 4 PM, so we waited from 12 PM to 4 PM, only for the lady attending us to say that we still had 40 minutes to enter as they were cleaning. We told her we needed the keys and to drop off our things, so we went anyway, and surprise, a woman who understands absolutely nothing of Spanish was in the house with her daughter. As soon as the girl sees us, she starts using her phone; what was she doing before, I don’t know. In the apartment, there was absolutely nothing, not even courtesy toilet paper, nothing. Also, there were damages on the bedroom doors and air conditioners. The nice lady told us that on Sunday, we had to leave the apartment before 10 AM. We told her we would come around 9 because we actually have a match at 10. Well, the schedules don’t seem to be compatible with this lady; no one shows up, and the fear that this is a typical scam is real, as the woman shows up at 10:15 and says, 'you lost your deposit, it's past 10.' How will this end.... There are at least 5-6 of us waiting.

Fantastic experience: La segunda vez que venimos con ellos a Marina D'or, el servicio muy bueno. Svitlana la chica de la oficina muy servicial y muy simpática en cuanto le pedí información me dio un montón de opciones, algún pequeño problema tuvimos con el acceso a la piscina que nos soluciono enseguida. Si volvemos repetiremos con ellos.

Positive experience: Reserva de apartamentos de verano, buen trato por parte del personal de la inmobiliaria

Fantastic experience: Un apartamento con unas vistas maravillosas, las chicas de la agencia súper atentas en todo momento, desde que concertamos el apartamento hasta la cancelación. Incluso tuvimos un contratiempo de última hora y nos lo resolvieron satisfactoriamente. También tuvimos un problema con la cama de matrimonio, y fue comunicárselo y el mismo día vinieron a solucionarlo, incluso una vez solucionado el problema, se preocupó la chica por ver si todo estaba ya solucionado y si estaba todo de nuestro agrado, la verdad recogiendo la agencia para futuras vacaciones a todas aquellas personas que deseen viajar a Marina D'Or.

Fantastic experience: Снимаю у них апартаменты не первый год. Очень доволен не только квартирами, что предлагают, а и остальной помощью. Все проблемы Андрей и Света решают мгновенно, плюс к ним можно обратиться просто по-человечески по другим вопросам. Ну а квартиры - супер! Знаю с чем сравнивать, так как до этого снимал у других агентств.

Fantastic experience: Bastante contento, es la segunda vez que alquilo con ellos, estuve junto con mi familia la primera quincena de agosto en Marina d'Or en el edificio Torremar (cerca Mercadona), en un bajo, ideal si tienes niños ya que hay acceso directo a un pequeño jardín y zona interior de urbanización. La chica de la inmobiliaria es rusa y muy amable, en el momento de entrega de llaves insiste en que si hay algún inconveniente o algo que comentar en el apartamento que lo diga inmediatamente, al día siguiente le mandé un whatsapp diciendo que lavavajillas no iba bien y algunas cerraduras de las verjas iban duras, esa misma tarde vino un chico arreglo el lavavajillas y le dio spray 3en1 a todas las cerraduras de la casa, en fin todo perfecto. A la salida se vuelve a preocupar de cómo te ha ido o algo que mejorar un apartamento, en fin sitio para recomendar. En otros comentarios en leído una queja porque no había papel higiénico... pero se lo habéis dicho? Porque yo creo que lo hubiera propuesto rápidamente

Positive experience: Через агентство можно снять квартиру, а так же заказать трансфер. Агентство предлагает экскурсии, но это не совсем так, это тот же трансфер до определенного места, а далее о себе необходимо заботиться самостоятельно, так как вас просто везут куда вам надо без предоставления полной информации. Цены приемлемые. Из неудобств - невозможность оплаты услуг банковскими картами, только перевод, что очень неудобно и отнимает много времени и лишних денег.
