Negative experience: I was given an appointment for October 8, 2024, to see a family member's apartment and I am still waiting; they did not call me to cancel that appointment or provide an excuse. The place is very nice, it catches the eye, but there is not much professionalism. My family member was in agreement with the selling conditions, but needed to know the property's valuation.

She oversaw the operation from start to finish, explaining to us with a video of a practical case (to put us at ease) how the administrative cancellation of the mortgage that the previous owners still had pending with their bank would be handled and settled by us on the day of signing at the Notary. On the day of the deed signing, she was with us at the Notary to attend to any requirements they might ask for. JOSE MARÍA: A true professional, kind, approachable, etc., etc. He showed us the property, answered all our possible doubts, and let us take pictures without any hindrance. VICTORIA: What can I say about this charming person; she radiates kindness, good work, patience to resolve all my doubts 'which were many' and above all, a lot of professionalism. She took care of all the administrative matters, managing the tax settlement after signing at the Notary, submission to the Property Registry, change of ownership of utilities, etc., etc., keeping us informed at all times and clarifying any doubts that might arise with documentation. CONCLUSION: Whether you are interested in buying or selling a real estate property, do not hesitate to contact these great professionals who are becoming rare, and just reading their motto displayed on their façade says everything about them.

Negative experience: A few months ago, I visited a house with them. First of all, they sent the photographer to show it instead of having the seller come. She knew nothing about the house, she just opened the doors for us. We didn't understand why until, when we said at the end of the visit that we were interested, they told us it was already sold. I don't know why they make us waste our time.
