Negative experience: One of the worst real estate agencies on the market. The person who answers the phone, calling to capture a property listed online, doesn't even finish listening to your explanation. Since they don't like what you're saying, without being disrespectful, they hang up on you before you can finish. I give it one star, but it doesn't deserve any.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency by far. I can't give 0 stars because it doesn't let me. Rude, disrespectful, they haven't worked on my apartment in a year and a half and they call me almost threateningly. THE WORST by far. Education 0, definitely 0 professionalism. Things need to be worked on, if only you understood!

Negative experience: I negotiated the purchase of an apartment with them and after we agreed and signed the deposit contract, they mysteriously dealt with the owner and instead of signing with me, they signed with someone else who surely offered more. They are speculators; if the agreement is closed, the real estate agency should take down the listing and not negotiate with other buyers. Zero professional ethics and professionalism, lamentable.

Negative experience: Do not buy from this real estate agency; they are speculators, DO NOT TRUST THEM. In my case, it was for an apartment in the Portomar urbanization (I did all the dealings with Arantxa). They made me pay €500 to make my purchase offer, and when we closed the sale price, we started to prepare the deposit contract. Once the deposit contract was done, I signed my part, only the sellers' part was left, and Arantxa suddenly told me that the agency would be closed for a week and they turned off the phone they used to communicate with me. Once they 'returned' from vacation, they did not respond until I managed to get them on the phone halfway through the week, and what they told me is that they were very sorry, but they had accepted another offer for the property, and they left me stranded. Even having their word for the sale, having paid €500 to make the offer, and having signed the deposit contract; they left me without the property to sell it to others, I feel very affected, and I will take legal action.

Fantastic experience: Very good real estate agency, good service and they resolve doubts very quickly.

Negative experience: It is impossible to contact this real estate agency. When I managed to talk to them, they did not provide a solution to my search for a property, keeping me waiting. It seems they have plenty of clients and are looking to sell the property to the highest bidder. They have not given me any sense of security or trust.

Escogimos un apartamento y rellenamos el contrato de arras a falta de unos flecos. Se puso en contacto con los vendedores, con tan mala suerte que al día siguiente dijeron que ya no vendían. Negative experience: En esta agencia da igual que estés tramitando una negociación. Aparece otro cliente y te quitan el piso. Al pedir una solución nos ofrecen hacer una guerra de pujas. Hacedme un favor, leeros el código ético del agente inmobiliario que deberíais de tener en vuestra agencia y aprenderéis lo que no debería hacer un verdadero profesional.

Negative experience: Me ofreció dos apartamentos en uno, le dije que me interesaba, tenían problemas con las firmas de los herederos, y cuando dijo que se solucionó, y que en quince días me llamaría, volví por allí haber que pasaba, y me desanimó diciendo que faltaba una firma y que me olvidase del piso, paso por la calle y veo que ya hay algo de reforma el las terrazas de calle Zaragoza 5-1°.no sé cuánto le ofrecieron bajo cuerda, pero a los que no le ofrecimos nos dejó muy enfadados.
