Fantastic experience: A TOTAL SUCCESS!!! The professionalism of the staff, the service, the transparency of all processes... everything is perfect in general!! I would definitely do it again.

Negative experience: My absolute disappointment with the real estate agency Cases al mar! Mrs. Mireia drafted an exclusive agreement to sell my apartment that penalizes me even '6 months after the end. If I sell to any of her clients or their relatives.' ? She would also penalize me in her reservation contract, just because 'the buyer did not comply.' ? She claimed that she would sell my apartment, but barely brought in viewings. And when they arrived, she warned me that they were in the area 'to see another property.' ? She spent the exclusive talking herself up. And she kept repeating that she 'was always in favor of the seller.' ? Near the end of the contract, the compliments turned into excuses. And the apartment was not sold! Watch out for her exclusives! You might end up paying her high commission even without her selling your house!!!

Negative experience: Yesterday, July 31, 2024, I had spoken with Mireia to reserve an apartment in Marina D'or. I had problems with my mobile to make the transfer, in fact, I thought I had already done it, and when I called her to confirm if she had received it, to my surprise she told me that she had rented it to another person. She literally told me that since there was no deposit, she had released it and it has been rented out, all without notifying me beforehand, even though she had given me 24 hours, which hasn't even passed yet. I have my daughter crying and my son very upset, but well, they'll get over it. That's it. That has been my terrible experience.

Finalmente la vivienda que mas encajaba con lo que yo buscaba fue la del particular, por lo que no adquirí la gestionada por esta inmobiliaria. Pero el trato recibido por Andrea desde el primer momento fue de 10 en todos los aspectos, siempre estuvo disponible y adaptándose a mi horario, etc... me enseñó la vivienda y explico todo fenomenal, una lastima que finalmente la vivienda que mas me encajó no fue la de ella, pero muy satisfecho por el trato recibido.

También nos han gestionado el cambio de nombre de los suministros y todo perfecto, incluso nos han ayudado a encontrar profesionales que necesitábamos para arreglos en la vivienda. He de decir que hoy, unos cuantos años después todavía amablemente guardan casas de nuestra vivienda, pues nosotros residimos fuera.
