Negative experience: the worst real estate agency in Durango and surrounding areas. The lady there is elderly, I came to inquire about an apartment and it was as if I were asking for charity. She looked me up and down disdainfully and just because I am from out of town, she said, 'there's nothing here for you' in such a discriminatory way. Just looking at her is disgusting.

Negative experience: Regrettable, from my experience, I have to say that they are not professional at all. After 6 years living in an apartment and without causing any problems, I find it frustrating to get my deposit back, it's been nothing less than 3 months of complaints. They do not change the name of the services, so after changing apartments, you continue to receive electricity, gas, and water bills months later. They do not respond to messages, the treatment from the real estate agency is cold and impersonal, you have to chase them for everything, you practically have to pry words out of them.

Negative experience: You directly ring the bell and a rude lady answers. You say you are inquiring about rental apartments, and she responds that she has none and hangs up the intercom.

Negative experience: I called to get information about a venue. A rude lady answered (it seems like she wanted to fight more than talk), I said to her, 'Hi, I am interested in a venue for rent here in Durango,' and she said, 'Yes, but which one? There are many here,' and hung up on me. I called back and said, 'Yes, sorry, but did you hang up on me?' And she said, 'Nooo, it got disconnected, what do you want?' I'm still shocked by this conversation. I'd rather they don't answer at all than have someone like that on the customer service phone.

Negative experience: Nothing professional in their work, they don't respond to messages and don't provide a solution. They haven’t returned the deposit; it has been 4 months since I left an apartment they managed. They don't change the name of the services on time. I left on March 27th, and now Iberdrola is calling me saying I have to pay the April bill because they didn't change the name. I regret not canceling myself on time just because they told me that reconnection would be a cost for them. If you have the opportunity to cancel on the first day you leave, do it, as the real estate agency doesn't think about you, so why should one think of them?
