Negative experience: Very bad. And I will tell the complete experience: I saw an apartment that I liked and called to see it, I finally decided to keep it. From the first day, they were already rushing me and constantly calling me to do everything NOW, and they perhaps took advantage of the fact that this is the first home I am buying and there are many new things for me. They made me sign a contract that in theory was only to signal the apartment, but it ended up being the deposit. Aurora assured me that it was wrong on the sheet, that it was just a signal and that we would later sign the deposit and the sale. In that contract, they included clauses that obviously could not be fulfilled (due to timing) and with that excuse, all the girls from this real estate agency were pressuring me. But this was not the worst... when signing the sale contract, they categorically refused to let me exercise my right to modify the contract. I spoke with a lawyer, and she drafted a contract in conditions so that if something happened beyond my control, I would be covered. They refused and treated me very arrogantly, even another woman who had no business in the conversation, a dark-haired woman, intervened. They also FORCED me with lies to sign at a notary in Durango, when by law I have the right to choose a notary. And after many lies, much pressure, and many arguments, I bought the apartment with an intense headache, a lot of fear, and distrust in a record time of one month. They shield themselves in the fact that they have been in business for 30 years, but I don't think it's because they do things well. I was assisted by Aurora and Arantza, then the dark-haired woman who spoke to me as if I were a criminal, I don't remember her name. But it has been a horrible experience.

Negative experience: Su máxima: hay que vender rápido y hay que gestionar las reparaciones con la promotora no tan rápido... De una lista de cerca de una docena de desperfectos, solo se han solucionado dos tras casi 8 meses, 3 visitas a la oficina del consumidor y varios arreglos realizados por mi mismo. En resumen, nada recomendable.

Fantastic experience: Hace poco hemos hecho unos trámites con ellas y la verdad que hemos tenido un trato excelente y nos han atendido súper bien son súper amables. Si volviese a necesitar cambiar de piso sin duda esta es la inmobiliaria con la que lo haría. (Me he confundido de inmobiliaria quería escribir en inmobiliaria etxeko y ahora no sé cómo borrarlo de aquí) no he tenido trato con vosotros así que no podría opinar.
