Negative experience: A few years ago, I saw a new apartment in Abadiño with another real estate agency, I liked it and paid a deposit as a reservation. Later, I saw the same apartment published by Zimendi but the price was much lower, I called asking if the price included VAT (without telling them I had already seen it with another agency), a worker with blonde hair (I think her name is Patricia) told me that indeed, that price included VAT, I insisted on the question because it seemed very strange to me and she reiterated that it included VAT. We went to see the apartment and I told her that I was interested, then she quoted a higher price than the initial one, something I was already expecting... I told her that another price had been offered to me from the beginning and she said that this price was without VAT, when I argued and told her that she had deceived me, she denied it at all times in a rude manner. I explained to her that I had seen the apartment with another agency and that if she hadn't deceived me, I wouldn't have wasted my time. She started screaming at me and responding rudely, very angry, blaming me that she was the one who had wasted her time. She is unprofessional and a terrible professional, when she sees a chance to make money she is very friendly, but when something goes wrong, everything changes... In addition to this, years earlier she showed me apartments that she directly told me I couldn't deduct taxes from since the owners didn't want to make a contract. Great professional she and Zimendi, renting apartments illegally.

No puedes confiar en su gestión (por la que se paga, por supuesto) ya que no siguen las pautas legales establecidas para garantizar los derechos de los clientes. Cuando surgen problemas, evitan responsabilidades, no se comprometen y simplemente se preocupan por cobrar su parte.

Solo puedo estar agradecido después de todo el trabajo que os ha llevado la compra de mi piso, gestionando un caso tan atípico de herencia y con tantas complicaciones legales, todo ello, de una manera impecable. Negative experience: Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0. Experiencia bastante mala, cobran como si fuese una venta un alquiler con opcion a compra, si luego no lo compran eso que se llevan, se realiza en octubre y en enero nos enteramos que aun no han cambiado de titular los suministros a los nuevos inquilinos, aun estamos esperando a que cambien el agua de titular. Cuentan lo que quieren y como quieren dependendiendo de con quien hablen, desde luego una verguenza, tanto los inquilinos como nosotros nosotros nos sentimos bastante engañados. No recomendable
