Negative experience: Real estate agency that is unprofessional, using disparaging vocabulary towards people of other nationalities. I understand that clients may put certain unethical conditions on them, but they should take more care in their demeanor. What happened could perfectly be reported for racial discrimination. I hope they reconsider their behavior and become more professional. With your response, you are clearly depicted.
Aziz, the blame for Moroccans having a bad reputation among the local population is yours and not the real estate agency's, a fact caused by a lack of personal hygiene, lack of cleanliness in most of the homes that are rented to you, and on countless occasions due to non-payment and damage to the properties. Nothing would please me more than for this to change, but the culture and desire to integrate with the local population is sadly lacking, and I fear it will continue that way. I would love for you to be as brave as you were to leave a bad review and come face us to tell us how poorly you have been treated by the real estate agency, and I take this opportunity to encourage you to report any racist behavior you may have noticed towards you or any of our clients. Behaviors like yours do no good to your community; I think maybe it’s you who should reflect, and if you’re up for it, come to the office to voice your complaints face to face, which is how it's usually done around here.....
