Negative experience: At first everything was great, the house was wonderful, but when there are problems forget about getting any help. They also do not return your deposit and you have to go through legal channels to fight for it. I do not recommend it at all.

They seem to offer a high-end experience but only focus on getting their payment and then leave you alone. The house they gave us was not empty and tidy as we agreed and when we left 2 years later they charged us for the cleaning, the water and even painting the walls (which by law corresponds to the landlord). I would never recommend this company.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had to change my review because I had an unfortunate experience with Domus Aurea Capital. I feel compelled to share it to caution others. Data Privacy Concerns: The reservation contract included the name of the previous tenant. A professional real estate agency should treat data privacy with the utmost seriousness, and this oversight is simply unacceptable. Incorrect Contract Dates: The reservation contract contained the wrong dates, leading to confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth to correct the information. Inconsistent Contract Versions: The initial version of the contract had discrepancies between the English and Spanish versions. This caused significant delays and misunderstandings. Deposit Discrepancies: The reservation contract and the actual contract differed in their initial statement about the required deposits. In the end, I had to pay more deposit than initially communicated. Unmentioned Agreements: Several things that were agreed upon prior to signing were not mentioned in the contract and had to be adjusted later. This lack of transparency added unnecessary stress and wasted time, something no customer should have to endure. Utility Billing Issues: Since I was staying longer, we agreed to have utilities deducted from my account. This turned out to be a huge mistake. Although I moved out at the end of April, the broker only managed to transfer the account to the new tenant in mid-June. I was charged for electricity even after moving out and had to repeatedly chase the broker to fix this. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether and the last electricity bill was on me. Given these numerous issues, I would not recommend Domus Aurea Capital. Their lack of professionalism and poor handling of contracts and agreements made my experience quite stressful and frustrating. Seek out a more reliable and competent agency to avoid similar problems.
