Negative experience: Total lack of professionalism. First of all, they try to funnel you into their mortgage advice with Kiron (WARNING: read the contract carefully). If you don't comply, communication completely breaks down. I paid a deposit of 3000 euros to make an offer on an apartment. I was not informed at all about how the negotiation with the owner was going. No response for days when I called for information. They didn't even return calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. Impossible to contact them. I waited 15 days to know something about the offer. I never found out the reason for not accepting the offer. I even suspect that they didn’t present it to the owner because they ultimately didn’t have Kiron's services. You only need to do a little search on Google to find reviews about their way of working. Not recommended at all, run away as soon as you can. Like the movie but in reverse: impossible to be worse.

Negative experience: What a business run by high school kids with oversized jackets, it seems like a complete scam, this sector is a disgrace but what this 'agency' does is even worse. I've been looking for apartments for over a year, and this is the first time this has happened to me. With thousands of agencies I've dealt with, they have NEVER done this. I waited 45 minutes for them without a single notification; then they tell me, 'the guy has to be there,' and I waited half an hour without any clear information. They said, 'we had a problem in the office...' All false. I called, but Los Santos had the audacity not to answer, not to call back, and to send a WhatsApp. YOU HAVE NO SHAME AND YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS. Can't you notify if you are going to be late? Who do you think you are? Am I going to buy a loaf of bread or what? What’s worse is that they show you the apartment, and the person showing it knows absolutely nothing about it... I asked: and this person living in the house, is their lease ending? How much is the property tax, the community fee? Are there any special assessments? AND NOT A CLUE, they tell me they'll get back to me after reaching the office…of course, not a call, and the next day, they call me telling me if I want to make an offer because they are selling it on Monday… I ask them for the information I requested about the house, and they tell me they don’t know, that they will ask, and now they call me.... and here I am without any answer. I'm sure when it's time to pocket almost 6000 euros for a visit, you won't be late, right? YOU BRING SHAME; I HOPE YOUR LITTLE BUSINESS COLLAPSES.

Negative experience: Their commission is expensive (4% + VAT when the average is between 2% and 3%) for the service they provide, and once they have a buyer, you have to chase after them for everything or you won't progress with the signing. The various procedures take too long, extending to several weeks, and they do not carry them out with the due diligence and professionalism, nor do they inform you or move anything unless you ask them and stay on top of them as if you were their shadow. I wouldn't repeat. There are other much more professional options in the area.

Negative experience: Truly shameful treatment. You can burn your phone with calls, the salesperson's WhatsApp, or whatever you like, they do not attend to customers. Last week I inquired about two apartments that, 'unfortunately', had been reserved just that day. What a surprise it is when today both are listed at a discount and after 6 calls without response, coincidentally again, and after 5 hours, they respond that today they have been marked. Stay away from this real estate agency.

Negative experience: I recently inquired about an apartment in Mislata, what attracted me was mainly the location 'on Av. Gregorio Gea'. My surprise was to discover that it was not on Av. Gregorio Gea, they didn’t even tell me when I explicitly asked for that information. They play with your time. I didn't plan on writing a negative review, but I see they do this systematically. They lie about the street (and other things) to raise the price of the apartment, knowing the difficulties people have to access homes that are becoming more and more expensive. I attach the image of 2 apartments they recently published with FALSE locations, none of the apartments are on Av. Gregorio Gea, but on less attractive streets, which significantly lowers the value. I hope they desist from this dishonest behavior, people should not tolerate this any longer!

Negative experience: They are very annoying. They call my wife and me every 2/3 weeks to see if we are selling the apartment we have rented. Not content with that, they bother my tenant, I don't know what their intention is, since she is not involved at all in case we were to sell. In short, they are veeeeery exhausting.

Negative experience: Muy poco profesionalidad, ​atención nefasta, no contesta ni mensaje ni llamada. El horario de oficina es de 17:00 a 20:30, pues a las 17:50 todavía no hay nadie en oficina. Había quedado con uno de los agentes a las 17:30, pero llega a las 17:50, ni te pide disculpas y te dice que hay que esperar 20 mins más para hacer la visita, le comenté que tengo otra visita a las 18:00 y quería ver el piso a las 18:30 si fuese posible, y no me quiere atender pq es muy tarde para ella, con una actitud muy antipatica. Al final he esperado 50 mins antes de local para nada.

Negative experience: Estimad@s, A continuación, os relato nuestra experiencia cómo potenciales compradores con la oficina de TECNOCASA de la Calle Mora de Rubielos, en Valencia, durante el mes de mayo/junio 2022. Tras recibir su llamada para informarnos de que tenían un inmueble de nuestro interés, y después de visitarlo en tres ocasiones, nos sentamos a negociar y ocurre lo siguiente: 1. Nos ofrecen los servicios financieros de Kirón, que consisten en buscarte la mejor financiación. La financiación la dará siempre otra entidad, pues KÌRON no concede el crédito, sino que son intermediarios de crédito. El importe del servicio son 6.000€. Les comunicamos que miraremos antes otras opciones, y que por el momento no estamos interesados. 2. También nos hacen saber que la venta está sujeta a una doble operación, es decir; para comprar el inmueble debemos poner otro a la venta. En nuestro caso, esta opción no nos interesa. Pese a todo, le hacemos dos ofertas a la inmobiliaria, que en todo momento se ha negado a aceptar y trasladar al cliente. Siempre alegando que están a la espera... ¿a la espera de qué me pregunto yo? Si como inmobiliaria ofreces una labor de intermediación entre el vendedor y el comprador, ¿Qué labor has realizado? La segunda oferta, era tan sólo un 2,8% por debajo del valor de venta del inmueble. En una de las ocasiones me dijeron, que para que van a coger la señal, si la van a dejar guardada en un cajón y luego nos la tendrán que devolver. Es decir, no tenían pensado hacérsela llegar al propietario. Ahora mismo, la situación con el inmueble es la siguiente: el potencial vendedor está a la espera de que la financiera (KÌRON) le encuentre financiación. Servicio por el cual habrá pagado 6.000€ (a este precio nos la ofrecieron a nosotros). Desconozco si además habrá aportado un inmueble para poner a la venta, que implica una comisión adicional para TECNOCASA, según he podido leer en foros de internet, de un 6%. Ahora está claro el perfil de comprador que busca TECNOCASA. Al menos podrían avisarlo. Todo ello, me plantea en qué lugar queda el interés del propietario del inmueble. Desconozco el importe de la oferta que le han hecho llegar, pero TECNOCASA desde luego se negó a hacerle llegar nuestra oferta (la última un 2,8% por debajo del precio de venta). Cada quien qué saque sus conclusiones, y que tome sus decisiones. Muchos ánimos, en vuestra búsqueda o en vuestro proceso de venta

Negative experience: Encantadores de serpientes, ni se os ocurra, hacer fotos y vender por vuestra cuenta, saldréis ganando, valoraciones de mercado pésimas, ni idea, historias que no se vende y hay que bajar precio, mentiras, después lo venden por el precio cuando tú ya has aceptado, presión a clientes brutal, después te llaman estos mismos a la puerta, para comprar fuera de ellos, ni los quieren ver, se esperan a la oferta mayor para su comisión, sin avisar al propietario, una indecencia, mercado sucio y oscuro, sin escrúpulos ni decencia, mi última vez con ellos, todas quieren sacar tajada, por supuesto, pero esta es lo peor que he conocido, mi estrella es para que brille en el cielo, espero no cruzarme en mi vida con esta gente, normal que la OCU cuando te pones a buscar después de ver lo que te está pasando, es la peor valorada en toda España, no de una comunidad, de España, espero que esto os sirva de algo, un refrán, en esta vida para haber listos tienen que haber tontos, y los listos viven hasta que los tontos quieren.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Engañan a la gente y te van liando con mentiras. En concreto vimos un piso y nos dijeron que lo reservaban para nosotros. De entrada nos pidieron que cuanto más estábamos dispuestos a subir del precio que vale. Qué estamos haciendo? Apuestas?? Ya que hay poca oferta y mucha demanda se aprovechan y especulan con los precios, diciendo que si das más es para ti. Después de esperar semanas con excusas variadas (que si no está el contrato, que si falta que aprueben el seguro de impago, etc) nos dicen que se lo han alquilado a otros clientes. Después nos enteramos que el seguro de impagos lo teníamos aprobado.

Negative experience: Muy poca profesionalidad, cerramos el trato de un alquiler y a las 2 semanas si saber nada de ellos, me paso por la agencia y me dicen que lo han alquilado a otra persona. Un Atencion nefasta, mi comercial no contesta mis WhatsApp, he tenido que ir a la oficina varías veces y vivo bastante lejos. Están jugando con alquilar los pisos al mejor postor. Que es lo que me paso a mi cuando fui a verlo. Me dijo que si superaba la oferta de alquiler me lo quedaba para mi. Nada recomendable.
