Negative experience: Total lack of ethics. A person named Andrea is dedicated to making calls to unauthorized numbers with lies and subterfuge that only create confusion for the property owners. When confronted about it, they argue that they are just doing their job. Well, with people who work like that, the further away, the better.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. The apartment I went to see had specifications that were very different from those explained in the advertisement by Tecnocasa, in a nutshell, Rubén deceived us. In the office, they showed us examples of renovated apartments that would never be possible to make in the apartment they showed me, and he assured us it was a first floor when it was actually a ground floor (his argument is that because of the 3 steps at the entrance of the building they must call it 'first floor'). Moreover, if we wanted to see several financing options, it can only be done through Tecnocasa by paying extra fees, which limits the search for good financing like, for example, iAhorro which does not charge fees. On top of all this, Tecnocasa charges 3% commission to the buyer, which I really consider an abuse. In conclusion, it seems to me that Rubén has sold me 'smoke', thinking that by deceiving potential buyers he would be able to close a sale. Very poor service and very bad experience. They should feel ashamed.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We saw an apartment and since we were very interested, they offered to make a reservation with the intention of waiting for the insurance company's response (theoretically, they only allowed one person to make the reservation, and from there no one else could rent it until you had the landlord's approval or disapproval). They told us that they would give us a response in 48/72 hours. After 72 hours, we called the real estate agency ourselves, and they kept putting us off, saying that they would have an answer the next day. A week went by. Finally, we told them that we urgently needed to know if it was a yes or a no to inform our current landlords, and after several calls, they told us that they had presented several profiles to the landlords and had chosen others, violating their own exclusivity policy by taking the reservation. I do not recommend it at all, they do not inform you about how the process is going and never care about your interests, knowing that there are so many people in Madrid looking for an apartment, and if it’s not you, it will be someone else.

They refuse to show you a property unless you provide your financial details under the excuse that they need to demonstrate your solvency to the owners (even though you just want to see the property and don’t know if you’re interested, and you can negotiate directly with the banks). Clearly, they take advantage of all the people who do need financing through Kiron (their armed wing). Look, if I'm going to spend more than 300K euros and you intend to charge me 9K in commission, the least I deserve is a minimum of respect, because I’m not going to waste your time (so don’t waste mine). I wish everyone would stand up against these abusive practices, because then they would have to review their methods.

Negative experience: Molestan con llamadas inoportunas y no autorizadas. Una tal Andrea desoye las quejas e insiste hasta tenerla que colgar. Me planteo denunciar por incumplir ley sobre llamadas comerciales

Negative experience: No se si podria hablar bien o mal de esta agencia si hubiera tenido la posibilidad de ver alguno de sus inmuebles, pero el caso es que no ha podido ser porque nada mas acceder a su local se me advierte que si no contesto a una serie de cuestiones relativas a mi estado financiero no se me facilita visita alguna. Logicamente me niego. Incluso dudo de la legalidad de dicha propuesta. Es obvio que estan mas interesados en captar clientes para los bancos (o intereses mas espureos) que velar por los intereses de los compradores y vendedores de pisos.
