Rightplace Apartments Madrid

Negative experience: Como propietario de un piso de alquiler en Madrid, no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria. Puse el precio que ellos me aconsejaron (lo bajamos dos veces según sus instrucciones), hicieron ellos las fotos (que pagué yo) y el texto de los anuncios, lo publicaron a mediados de mayo, y 4 meses más tarde, solo habían conseguido realizar UNA visita al apartamento, y tratar con un segundo interesado (que no alquilaron). El piso está impecablemente decorado, en zona céntrica estupenda, piscina, plaza garaje.... El trato personal ha sido muy agradable, no hay pegas con eso. Me dicen que no saben porqué ha ido todo tan mal con mi piso...

Negative experience: The apartment I rented had no hot water in the shower: I showered with cold water for over two months (between October and December 2023), and they were unwilling to lower the rent for December. I was deceived because no one warned me about the problem: in fact, the contract stated that the apartment was functioning in optimal conditions, which was false. If I had known about the issue, I would not have rented that apartment. I am greatly disappointed by the lack of empathy and the serious breach of contract. Furthermore, they returned me a minimal part of the deposit. I recommend NOT renting from them. Response to your message Since I am not allowed to respond in a new message, I am forced to edit the first one to respond to what you said: 1) We signed a contract that stated the apartment was functioning in optimal conditions, which was false. For that reason, they had no right to charge the full rent because what is worth 1850 euros per month is an apartment with hot water in the shower and functioning in optimal conditions. 2) The hot water supply never worked correctly: the water went from freezing to cold and sometimes lukewarm, but never hot. I have the more than 15 complaints I made via WhatsApp and email. 3) It is false that they gave me a discount in December: I paid 1850 euros. 4) It is also false what they say about the retention of the deposit: they themselves made a settlement of what they owed me, and they returned me much less. That settlement is abusive because they improperly retained the 1850 that they considered I should pay for December, a sum that I was not obligated to pay due to their serious contractual breach. 5) They say: 'Our cleaning team worked daily for almost a week, but we could not carry out the cleaning due to your presence in the apartment.' This is absurd: if they could not do the cleaning, they were not working for a week, as they claim. 6) Their handling of my case was terrible, besides being abusive and illegal. I hope they return my deposit, and I also hope I never have to deal with them again.

Fantastic experience: Both the apartments and the service are excellent! Whenever there is a breakdown or the tenant has any kind of problem, the company solves it immediately. The treatment is great and the flats are too.

You’ll have brand new apartments with clean common areas, right in the city centre of Madrid for a competitive price. Fantastic experience: I’m residing in one of the apartments run by Rightplace Madrid and I am very satisfied! The apartment is spacious, bright and pleasant. It is fully equipped and a change of bed sheets as well as towels is made every Wednesday. The location is ideal since it is located in the heart of Madrid, near the Puerta del Sol. The area is quiet, you will find everything you need in the area, and the hosts are very friendly and always available. I recommend!

Fantastic experience: My roommates and I have been living in the Rightplace apartment since 10 months and our experience has been great. Rightplace has been providing excellent customer service and is really invested in making our stay as pleasant as it can be. Every time we have a problem, Beatriz and the team have been extremely helpful and sent someone to fix it right away. The apartment was brand new with amazing rooms as well as common areas, and the location is perfect. We really couldn’t be happier and can only recommend this agency!

Negative experience: Apartments are beautiful, service is horrible. For the price you pay, you would expect premium service, like they advertise on their page, but it was far from what I got. On one occasion, a drunk man entered the building and fell asleep on the stairs. I let the concierge now, and instead of offering to help, he told me to solve it. On another, an employee came into my apartment, unannounced (no one had contacted me about someone coming to check or fix anything). If I rent an apartment, even if it is a tourist rental, I expect to have the minimum privacy and not have people I don't know come into my space (using their master key). It was very invasive. The weekly changes of sheets/towels was also never on schedule. And lastly, I had problems getting my deposit back because of plumbing issues (!!!). The apartment was brand new when I came in, and in the two months I was there, there was no way I could have caused that. But they tried to blame it on me saying I did not let the company know of the damage (when I had previously told them about other issues in the apartment and gotten the "we'll check it out" answer, and nothing ever got done). It took them almost a month to "check for damages" with a plumber (though I suspect this never even happened), and give me back my deposit, but not before I had to call and email all the offices and contacts I could get my hands on from the company to ask about the status of that, and no one was helpful. In summary: gorgeous apartments, but if you want luxury service with your luxury accommodation, this is not for you.
