Impresentables, despues de 4 años perdemos la oportunidad de vivir en el piso que tenemos reservado, nos piden que renunciemos a la reserva para poder vender, a otros, mas caro. Negative experience: Luego de la compra del piso, el servicio y área comercial fue positiva. Sin embargo, desde la mudanza han habido problemas que luego de un año de mudado no han resuelto. Al primer mes el piso estaba desnivelado por lo que debieron picar todo el hormigón y nivelar de nuevo. En el baño del piso superior no se había conectado el desagüe por lo que mi baño tenía agua cada vez que el vecino superior lo hacía. Las placas solares y el calentador de agua sigue funcionando a medias a coste de que "ya lo arreglarán", estuvieron más de 6 meses en resolverme varias incidencias (algunas aún sin resolver como una sonda que debe costar 10€) y se activaron al enviar un burofax. En la promoción hay vecinos con problemas de humedad en el -2 y -3 y siguen sin tener solución y simplemente encienden los extractores que ha hecho que nos llegue una cuenta de luz elevadísima. Ante las quejas, dicen que es problema de la constructora o que ya se resolverá o que hablarán con los responsables, pero la realidad es que luego de un año viviendo en el edificio, los problemas persisten.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con AQ les ARTS de hospitalet al igual que mis 180 vecinos es NEFASTA. Hace un año año y medio que vivimos y ha sido un no parar de incidencias y incidencias y no menores… Explosion de una caldera, termistatos de seguridad sin colocar, tecnicos que para configurar la centralita buscan un tutorial de youtube( muy qualificados no estan) tuberias sin prensar es decir que cuando pasa agua inundan techos viviendas y hasta escaleras enteras. Trasteros sin aislar y llenos de MOHO ( esto evidentemente como el coste de lo dque deben hacer es muy elevado… a dia de hoy aun estan inservibles). Parquing con inundaciones, los sumideros estan mal sellados, las canalizaciones exteriores tb mal selladas… ala mas agua. Piscinas que se comunican… una rebosa y la otra se queda sin agua, cuando no se vacia por la grieta que hay que…. Tachan… llega el agua al parquing. Monocapa que se desprende, vierteaguas que se caen, aires acondicionados mal diseñados… vienen y te lo arreglan poniendo otro parchecito. Aluminio rallado, te lo lacan… mal, vuelven a lacar, … peor, y asi seguimos…. Parquet levantado, mal puesto. Olor a pis que sube de las cañerias… que… estan mal selladas. Ventanas sin aislar, al ladito tenemos la renfe…. Vengaaaa que solo podemos dormir 5 horas. Vienen “expertos qualificados” a arreglar un armario de la cocina y…. Venga te rompen 3 mas…. Zonas comunitarias sin aire acondicionado, con goteras, la mitad de las rejas sin poner…Y podria seguir hasta mañana. Que NO engañen a NADIE MAS!!!

Negative experience: Que sí, que son súper majos y te muestran la mejor cara cuando te venden los pisos. Pero si leéis las reseñas de los que viven en los pisos, la historia ya empieza a ser diferente. Por nuestra parte, compramos un piso en Hospitalet (Barcelona) y nos vendieron un trastero inservible. Con el tiempo se ha llenado de moho y no dan solución. También van de ecológicos con la climatización de la casa y la placa térmica para el termo y luego te das cuenta que está mal distribuido y que la placa térmica funciona pocos meses. Así que tienes que dar máxima potencia a la climatización para que te caliente bien la casa y recurrir a la electricidad sí o sí para tener agua caliente. Y cómo no, dan largas para resolver las incidencias.

Negative experience: Propietaria en La Reserva del Rincón. Le habéis contestado a mi vecino que no encontráis empresa que limpie la fachada. Mentira. Contad que dos empresas buscadas por vosotros se han negado a limpiar por la calidad de la pintura que pusisteis. Que los ascensores se bloquean los días de calor ( en Málaga!!) y los de lluvia y que teníais un correo de Orona de antes de entregar las casas advirtiendo que eso iba a pasar. Que habéis tenido la luz de la oficina enganchada y no nos devolvéis el dinero de esas facturas desorbitadas. Que tenemos humedades y varias viviendas con filtraciones. Y que lleváis meses sin devolver todos los pagos que os hemos adelantado de luz, de agua y de derrama de los pisos que no tenéis vendidos y por eso tenemos las cuentas en números rojos y tenemos las cuotas que tenemos de entre 200 y 300 euros. Y así nos podemos tirar un día entero explicando chapuzas. Edito la reseña para decir que me parece curioso que una promoción de Barcelona por lo visto tmb ha alterado la ventilación de los trasteros no ?? No es culpa vuestra que hacéis auténticas chapuzas .

Negative experience: Compramos una vivienda en la promoción del Rincón de la Victoria. Debido al retraso en la entrega de las viviendas por parte de la promotora, la lluvia ensució mucho la fachada por la calima. La promotora nos entregó los pisos con la fachada marrón debido al barro, nos dijeron que la volvería a pintar pero de eso hace ya más 8 meses.

La vendedora de la promoción,Victoria es su nombre, una auténtica profesional, super amable y todo fenomenal por su parte una maravilla. En lo que respecta a la empresa por motivos personales tuvimos que desistir finalmente de la compra, y aunque no han comercializado aún la vivienda, ya que esperan subirlas de precio y ganar dinero con su venta posterior, por lo que les viene genial nuestro desistimiento, se han negado a devolver el total de la reserva. En este sentido a la empresa en si no le doy gran valoración, poca empatía por su parte, impersonal, y poco detallista con sus clientes, ya que a ellos solo le supone ganancias nuestro desistimiento, en cambio a nosotros no crea un quebranto esa perdida.

Fuimos atendidos por una comercial, Victoria, un sábado por la tarde, sin ninguna prisa por su parte. Destacar su profesionalidad en todas las explicaciones que nos dió y su simpatía y amabilidad en el trato. Nos encantó la urbanización y la vivienda que nos interesaba, aunque no pudimos adquirirla por motivos económicos ya que las obras estaban ya muy avanzadas y muy próxima su entrega. Fantastic experience: AQ Acentor oficina de Villaverde(Pícara Molinera 18), después de un año de experiencia con ellos, tengo que decir que ofrecen un ágil servicio, primero a la hora de comenzar en la vivienda hace un año y ahora con un cambio de titular en un nuevo contrato. Tanto Manuel en su día cómo David ahora, han estado a la altura aportando todo lo necesario para gestionar en la mayor brevedad y efectividad posible, los distintos puntos requeridos...en fin! Fantastic experience: Soy comprador de una vivienda en la Reserva del Rincón y fui a visitar hace unos días el piso piloto, salí de la visita encantado con la compra y con la visita. Trato inmejorable de Victoria, que me enseñó detalladamente y con muy buen gusto todas las zonas del edificio y con todo lujo de detalles las habitaciones, cocina, baños, etc. Estoy encantado con esta compra y con muchas ganas de estrenar ya la vivienda!!! A día de hoy solo puedo decir cosas buenas de AQ Acentor.

Fantastic experience: Nuestra experiencia con AQ-Acentor, ha sido formidable, cuando llegamos a las oficinas llevábamos más o menos las ideas claras de lo que buscábamos, pero muy amablemente el personal que nos atendió, nos resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, es más, que lo que suponíamos que nos iba a costar decidirnos más, en dos horas, salimos con una bolsita de esparto y en su interior el llavero de lo que será pronto nuestro nuevo hogar..., ahora a esperar lo más importante, que es ponerle la llave a ese llavero.... Un saludo y un placer a estos grandes profesionales.

Negative experience: En su día mi pareja y yo contactamos con ellos para alquilar un piso en la Calle la pícara Molinera. Todo resultó muy bien hasta que firmamos el contrato y dimos el dinero. Son unos auténticos estafadores y unos sinvergüenzas. Solo les interesa coger la comisión y luego tú te las apañes. Una urbanización que te la venden de gente joven, buenas zonas comunes es un engaño. Pagas aparte del alquiler una comunidad en la que todo está sucio y no ves reflejado nada positivo y ningún tipo de seguridad. Están metiendo a gente problemática sin ningún tipo de filtro. Es una vergüenza y ellos son los culpables.

Fantastic experience: Estuvimos viendo la promoción La Reserva del Rincón Edificio Victoria. Nos atendió Victoria Elviro, que nos enseñó la urbanización, el piso piloto y fue en todo momento muy amable y profesional. Lastima que no se ajustara completamente a lo que ibamos buscando, porque nos gustó.

Negative experience: Seguimos a la espera de que la promotora cambie el intercambiador de las placas solares, que nunca ha funcionado, en nuestra vivienda. Somos muchos los vecinos con el mismo problema.

Fantastic experience: Impecable la atencion. Hice todos los papeles con Mercedes y la verdad que todo fue de 10, hiper rapido y eficiente. Cuando fui a firmar, tenia todo prolijo y ordenado y me fue guiando en cada paso como para entender que estaba firmando y los detalles. La verdad que recomiendo llamarla porque fue todo muy simple y claro.

Fantastic experience: Las comerciales ofrecen una información muy profesional y con todo detalle ante una compra tan importante como es una vivienda, y tras la compra todo son facilidades a la hora de tramitar documentos de forma telemática, incluso firma, lo cual supone facilidad y seguridad. También los opcionales que ofrecen tras la compra son de agradecer porque se pueden adaptar a las necesidades y peculiaridades de cada uno y evitar así molestas obras y adaptaciones una vez entregada la vivienda. Victoria que es la comercial con la que solemos tratar es un encanto y nos sentimos muy seguros y tranquilos con su información detallada de todo. En general muy contentos.

Fantastic experience: Fuimos a visitar la promoción de La Reserva del Rincón (en Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga) y, además de ser una promoción preciosa, con una pinta estupenda, lo mejor fue el trato recibido por la comercial que nos atendió, Victoria.
