Negative experience: One of the worst experiences as a potential buyer. Rescheduled the visit (while I had taken flights to come to see the flat), very slow and unprofessional in answers. I got an architect working on plans while the flat apparently had already gotten offers. The agent did not even have the politeness to keep me in the loop (I spent 500€ for not even getting an answer). I would definitely not trust Enric for any flat purchase.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Enric. He is very professional, kind and patient. He answered all my questions and helped me choose the right apartment. And it was very comforting to be able to do it in English.
