RE/MAX Class Loeches

Negative experience: "Bad manners and ignorance in the sector" is the company's motto, only "Mar" is to be saved. I talked to my bank and I already had the possibility to buy the house I saw. I asked him on WhatsApp if the house is on urban land or public land (because banks apply different rules depending on the type of housing). They evade the question, and after the fifth attempt, they respond, confirming that it is industrial land; I then suggest being more transparent in their ads so neither of us wastes time (but this way they make money because you pay the deposit and then the bank rejects the mortgage, and they keep that deposit while you lose money). I also explained the "my first home" program that started in 2023, and they have no idea what it is; he tells me to take that news from a "free newspaper". In summary: he gets offended for asking for transparency, says it’s not normal to buy a house with subsidies, and the funniest part, he said he would pass my case to the owner (which I doubt because sharing personal data and private conversations would be illegal); well, the owner felt offended... I see no reason for it... the owner does receive money... makes money... there is no direct contact between the buyer and the seller. That’s why there’s an intermediary. I hope they update with today’s market because as advisors they are terrible and it's the client who has to update them on what’s coming, whether they want to buy or sell a house, watch out for RE/MAX Loeches.

Negative experience: I usually don't give opinions when it comes to negative ratings, but the Remax franchise in Loeches... honestly, it doesn't make sense. Being located in such a small town like Loeches and not providing service up to the brand's standards says a lot. In short, I honestly couldn't recommend them due to their management.

Negative experience: Not recommendable. Negative and very catastrophic experience. Not trustworthy under any circumstance. Better not to approach them at all.

Negative experience: No pongáis vuestra vivienda en manos de esta gente y menos aún penséis comprar algún local o vivienda con ellos, es una auténtica pesadilla, si queréis dormir tranquilos, buscar otras alternativas que hay inmobiliarias que si son profesionales y cumplen con lo hablado…. Un auténtico CAOS!
