Negative experience: Going to see an apartment and being treated with a bad attitude seems shameful to me. On top of that, they didn't guide us through the visit, just opened the door and left us alone to see the 'apartment'. Not answering questions, raising their voice when asking about the contract conditions, and speaking in an completely unnecessary haughty tone. Honestly, considering how frustrating it already is to find a rental home, to be treated this way by a real estate agent leaves much to be desired. A tremendous disappointment from Alba.

Negative experience: I didn't like the phone service. The initial customer service was terrible and apparently lacked motivation to work. 'Leave me your contact details and the colleague will reach out to you.' After asking when they would contact me: 'I don’t know. I don’t have the availability of the colleague.' It was impossible to at least give me a time frame so I could organize myself. A little more kindness and willingness would have greatly improved my experience.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, Gemma does not answer calls or WhatsApps, all this during working hours, and tired of insisting, when she responds after the delay, she speaks to you very poorly. I decided to get in touch with a colleague, and to fix my heater they took 1 month, 1 month without hot water, the same for the toilet, and the intercom was more of the same... I do not recommend this real estate agency, they have a lot to improve.

And this last month has been even worse. I spoke to her about some issues on the 20th, and today is the 3rd, and I still haven't been able to contact her; she doesn't read my messages.
