Negative experience: Disaster of a real estate agency. I arranged with them at the end of August to see a property at 12 p.m., I informed them that I was already at the door and they asked me if we hadn't canceled the appointment. 35º and they don't show up. We never canceled anything, we just confirmed the time, day, and place. After a call from the manager, I gave them another chance, yesterday September 12th, and they played the same trick again. When I was waiting at the door of the property to visit, I texted them and they told me that another salesperson had warned me to change the appointment to a later time, a lie. That salesperson texted me more than 1 hour later to say it wasn't his fault. If I were the owner, I would not be happy at all to put my house in their hands, and on top of that, they want to charge a 3% fee from each party.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of shameless people! A few weeks ago, they scheduled an appointment with me to see a house, specifically on a holiday Monday. The Friday before, they confirmed the visit, stating that despite it being a holiday, they would work and sent the location of the house. That Monday, we went and waited in the full sun for 2 HOURS, they did not show up, did not answer phones, and did not respond to messages... They completely left us hanging without any signs. Very, very unprofessional. On the same day, I left a review similar to this, and on Tuesday, they called me crying, telling me their personal life story, saying that the boss had given them a serious reprimand and asking me to remove the review. They told me they would help me with everything, find the ideal house for me (since the house I didn't visit had already been reserved a week ago and not even the owner they spoke with knew about it), and that they would consider what happened and lower their fees. That never happened. I did remove the review out of pity, but I never heard from them again! So I REPEAT AND AFFIRM NOW WITH EVEN MORE REASON, THEY HAVE A TREMENDOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, zero willingness to work, and ARE ZERO RECOMMENDABLE, a terrible experience.
