Fantastic experience: Aziz executed several projects at our house in Begur. In summary, he was reliable and honest and performed good quality work. When there were imperfections, as there occasionally are when working on a Begur house that is over 250 years old, he and his team corrected them diligently. The project included building a storage annex in the garden, rebuilding an old stone retaining wall, and reforming/rebuilding the original well with local stones. Fantastic experience: A pesar que el apartamento No era para nada agradable (viejo, sofas sucios, puertas que no cierran, grifo estropeado, nevera no Enfria, etcccc) La atencion de la inmobiliaria ha sido de 10. Lastima que la propiedad solo se preocupe en generar dinero.

Negative experience: Este verano alquilamos una casa con ellos y tuvimos dos problemas muy graves por culpa de su mala gestion. Estoy muy disgustada con ellos, no los recomiendo. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RESPUESTA: Buenas tardes, no les quería dar más importancia de la que se merecen, sin embargo, dado que ponen en mi boca cosas que no son procedo a aclararlo: contraté a través de airbnb dos semanas la dichosa casa y más tarde les encontré a ustedes (sin recomendación alguna, por supuesto, simplemente por precio…) entonces me confirmaron que tenían las dos semanas disponibles y cuando cancelé en la otra plataforma ustedes me dijeron que ya no se podía. Primera jugarreta. Segunda, en todo momento hablamos de terminar el 22 mi estancia pero en el contrato pusieron el 21 (error mío no fijarme en eso), sin embargo, me lo cobraron (anda que si no me doy cuenta…) Lástima haber firmado ese contrato, sino nos hubiésemos visto con mucho gusto en los juzgados. llevo muchos años alquilando casas y muy a pesar vuestro (imagino) no os recomiendo para nada!
