Negative experience: Awful experience with this real estate agency, specifically Mr. Ángel who manages the Tarragona province area. I was interested in an apartment and made the deposit contract, everything was fine! But just before signing, we realized that there were no water pipes, the electricity was tampered with, and furniture from the apartment, kitchen, bathroom, etc., which were there before, was missing, and it was stated that this would remain as part of the furniture. No one had bothered to inform us. Terrible handling by this company.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! STAY AWAY! The worst experience and the worst service that a company can offer. Such a company should not exist. Unfortunately, I bought an apartment through this real estate agency and the first word I can say is TAX EVASION. Mara, the owner of the agency, asked me to pay the agency fees in cash, telling me she preferred to do it this way to avoid paying taxes. After paying the deposit contract, Mara and the agent Elena completely refused to respond to emails and phone calls, making it impossible to complete the purchase of the apartment. Although they told me they would take care of all the necessary procedures for the purchase of the apartment, this did not happen, and I was forced to hire another real estate agency and a lawyer with only a week before the final contract signing before the Notary to be able to complete the purchase and not lose the deposit given. Although they did absolutely nothing to represent me as a buyer, Mara had the audacity to claim the money for her fees that, as I said, did not exist. Of course, she asked for the money in cash without a receipt being issued. Of course, things will not remain as the agency wishes, settling for money for which they did nothing. Having insurance for legal and lawyer expenses, the insurance company will sue the real estate agency to recover damages (the lawyer's costs and the payment of the false fees). Moreover, my lawyer has notified the authorities about the illegalities being committed at that agency. I share with you the bad experience I had with this agency in the hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

You hired a lawyer who spoke Spanish for the process, but upon contacting us and the notary, it was confirmed that the procedures were being carried out and that you were indeed being represented. We are glad that you made the decision to hire the lawyer because while we were attentive and completing the process, it has been a great help for you, especially given that this is an international purchase. She helped you understand how distorted the process is and emphasized the answers you received from the agency on the first day you sat with us and also discussed with our advisor later. Given the responses so far, I believe the fees received for the hard work are duly warranted. Also, the invoice was properly elevated to the competent bodies. Do not worry about that. We regret if you still have any doubts about the management of your apartment, now that you are the owner, if you need any further clarification, we are at your disposal and at the disposal of your lawyers as it has been a great honor for us to collaborate with your legal representative.

Negative experience: I am writing this review because it is incredible that in this day and age, people's rights are still being abused in this way. I went to see a flat managed by this real estate agency, we were quite interested, and when I asked about the requirements, I found out that in addition to having to pay 2 months of deposit, I have to pay the agency fees MYSELF WHEN BY LAW IT IS THE OWNER WHO HAS TO PAY THE FEES, and on top of that, they made us feel bad... Incredible how they take advantage of our money knowing that it's ILLEGAL.

Negative experience: Impresentables. Se les envía toda mi documentación para un alquiler y desaparecen. He espero 15 días de algún tipo de respuesta. El martes acudiré a la guardia civil a que conste, por si estos sinvergüenzas se les ocurre hacer algo con mi documentación.

Positive experience: No logré nada en concreto, teniendo una operacion de alquiler en marcha, de pronto evitaron la comunicación conmigo para aparecer diciendome que el dueño había alquilado el piso por su lado. Yo me encontraba con una urgencia absoluta para conseguir un lugar donde vivir, les pedí que por favor hagan ofertas a los otros dueños de otras propiedades que llevan ellos, nunca me respondieron más nada. Se lo perdieron ellos, por qué a las dos semanas , compré un piso a 150 metros de su inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Pésima inmobiliaria. No la recomiendo en absoluto ya que se quedan alguna vez con la fianza de los alquileres. Lo peor de todo es que a todas las reseñas negativas les contestan lo mismo, lo que no dicen es que las reseñas positivas son de familiares...
Buenas David, lo primero es que no te conocemos la verdad...Y lo segundo y más importante, la fianza NUNCA es responsabilidad de la inmobiliaria como tendrás por escrito en tu supuesto contrato de arrendamiento. Haremos cosas bien, mal o regular pero las fianzas precisamente no son parte de nuestra responsabilidad, simplemente somos intermediarios entre arrendador y arrendatario. En todo caso gracias por tu difamación, que tengas un buen día.
Negative experience: Después de dos semanas intentando q nos enviara algunas viviendas q nos interesaban, conseguimos concertar una visita, a las 10,00,a las 10,10 la.llamamos y nos dice q está tomando café, a las 10,15, q está en la inmobiliaria, le decimos q estamos en el piso, y nos pregunta q que piso, cuando nos había enviado la ubicación el día de antes, un desatre de "profesional", no entiendo como los vendedores, confían la venta de sus viviendas a esta empresa, a Mara se le nota que no tiene ganas de trabajar.

Si vuestra familiar firma un contrato de 12 meses y se va a los 3 meses pierde la fianza , y también se le podría pedir que pagara el año completo por ley. Pero nosotros no le hemos pedido esos meses que faltan y aún así no paráis de acosar y amenazar todos los días por quedarme la fianza que es el contrato que firmó y no cumplió.

Negative experience: Se quedan con la fianza aun demostrándoles que los inquilinos te han destrozado el piso, incumpliendo varias cláusulas del contrato. Estafadores. Aporto fotografías para que veáis el destrozo que nos hicieron.
Negative experience: Es una ESTAFA, se quedan tú dinero, no te atienden nunca ni al móvil, ni al fijo.. nada.. para hablar con ellos tienes que insistir como mínimo días. No te ofrecen el servicio que de normal ofrece una inmobiliaria, declaran el falso.. no hacen de trámite con el dueño.. es un desastre todo!! No lo aconsejo!! Nada!! Que vuerguenza.. habría que dejar sitio a gente que sabe trabajar!! MARA es la que peor hace las cosas!! Y los demás la siguen ESAS SON ALGUNAS DE LAS LLAMADAS!! Y SOLO ALGUNAS!!

Fantastic experience: Auditamos cuentas de la fincas de propietarios para poder reducir los gastos. Alto nivel de profesionalidad.
Negative experience: Doy una estrella porque es el mínimo consentido pero no se merecen ni eso. La propietaria es una sinvergüenza y ya lo he dicho todo. Hemos alquilado un piso con ellos, nos han cobrado obviamente un mes de alquiler como comisión y el trato que hemos recibido luego es TOTALMENTE NULO: no han hecho el cambio de nombre en el contrato de la luz y se lo he tenido que pedir yo a la dueña del piso porque ellos nunca contestan a los mensajes ni nada, les he pedido 500 veces una llave y al final he tenido que arreglarmela sola pidiéndosela al conserje del complejo porque ellos no te dan ni pelota. EXPERIENCIA MUY DESAGRADABLE. Nunca más volveremos a alquilar con ellos.
Negative experience: Total falta de seguimiento y de información sobre la vivienda a adquirir. Me aconsejaron tasar la vivienda y la valoración fue por debajo del precio de venta. En ningún momento contactaron conmigo de nuevo para saber los siguientes pasos. Pérdida de dinero y tiempo

Negative experience: Pésimo. No se quien, que no sea amigo de la empresa, puede ponerle un 5 (para subirle la media). Desatienden totalmente al cliente por teléfono haciéndole perder un tiempo precioso. No se como empresas asi pueden seguir funcionando en España. Por whatsapp te van dando largas hasta que pierdes la paciencia y acabas por contarle al mundo como son. A evitar si quieres vivir en la Playa de Farnals o alrededores.
Negative experience: Fue un verdadero desastre la atención y trato que me hicieron en esta empresa. La mejor decisión fue marcharme a otra inmobiliaria. No recomiendo nada en absoluto hacer una operación como es la venta o compra de un inmueble en M & L Inmobiliaria.
Negative experience: Es la peor inmobiliaria que he conocido. Me parece una falta enorme de responsabilidad que personas confíen la venta o alquiler de su piso y que la inmobiliaria pase totalmente de los interesados (claro, el piso no se venderá y el dueño nunca sabrá que no es porque no hay demanda, sino porque su inmobiliaria hace caso omiso a los interesados). Vas personalmente a la oficina y no te enseñan lo que tienen, te dicen que te llamarán. No te llaman. Llamas de nuevo y nadie atiende. Llamas mil veces más y un día atiende una señora que te dice está ocupada y que le envíes un whatsapp. Les envías wahtsapps y nada...llamas de nuevo, te piden perdón, te dicen que te llamarán para quedar esa semana y no te llaman...vuelves a llamar y otra vez nadie y a comenzar el ciclo de la ignorancia otra vez. Lo peor es que muchos pisos están siendo promocionados por esa inmobiliaria y no tienes oportunidad ni siquiera de verlos... Si la gente supiera esto no confiaría jamás su vivienda a gente tan irresponsable y con falta de ética y compromiso.
Negative experience: No hay forma de contactar con ellos. Ni al móvil, ni al fijo, dejando mensajes de WhatsApp, mails x las webs... no responden nunca.
