Negative experience: With total respect for everyone’s work, especially cold-call salespeople, but… entering an apartment block when we have written that 'entry to outsiders is prohibited' and you continue to invade our privacy, ignoring us and acting cocky when we invite you to leave the premises… I cannot understand it. We are in a situation where we do NOT allow anyone to invade our privacy by entering private property; we do not know who they might be or what their intentions are, is that so hard to understand? There is a complete lack of respect and less education from the dark-haired guy when invited to leave the premises, he spends the following days filling my mailbox with advertisements from your company.

They told me that I couldn't sell my apartment for more than 70,000 euros at most (it cost me 120,000), and I still had 70,000 euros left on the mortgage. They would take 6,000 if they sold it, I said that this way I would lose money. A month or two later, my neighbor next door sold his for 110,000, and the ones below for 100,000 euros, identical apartments to mine. I was left stunned and unsold. I totally discourage this real estate agency: Tecnocasa de Aguadulce. As you have responded, I will add that this happened about three years ago. The treatment was always friendly and professional, but it wasn't an issue of market volatility because everything happened within less than a month. And you probably don't have a record because I decided not to sell. But there is no problem in giving you my name, you can look for me in your files and see who assisted me. Negative experience: In July 2023, they sold a house that we owned. Overall, and without going into details (too cumbersome), we can say that the management is OPAQUE and TERRIBLE, as throughout the process they were not clear and straightforward; even moments before the signing, we were not informed of important details of the sale. The after-sales management has also been disastrous; they did not comply with what was signed in the contract regarding the management of service cancellations, and the information about the return of the deposit due to mortgage cancellation is nonexistent. That same month, we sold another house without a real estate agency involved, and we had fewer problems and headaches.

If someone asks you for information, you ask for their phone number and overwhelm them with calls to sell them or to appraise their home. You want to charge 7% for the sale from the seller and another cut from the buyer, are we crazy? You come with a commitment contract to 'catch' the poor owner and make the sale yours by force. You will excuse me, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND your service, harassers and extracting money ruthlessly, on top of that some salespeople speaking badly about others from the same company. It's unbelievable, I will NEVER buy or sell with you. By the way, the sarcasm in your responses can be shoved where the cucumbers bitter. Regards!

Negative experience: A company that entered my property even though there is a mailbox for advertising outside, to leave me advertisements with the name of the office manager. They are very aggressive with the advertising even when there is a law that regulates it. They enter my property and leave advertisements in all mailboxes even though there is a mailbox outside the building for that purpose. This is how this Tecnocasa office operates in my block. They have done it again 3 months later and this time even asking for the names of the owners, what a way to advertise, causing discomfort.
