Negative experience: With this review, I lay out my experience with this business, without distorting any of the facts. After seeing the ad for some homes, we contacted this real estate agency since they are in charge of the promotion. Their salesperson, Juan, was very kind in showing us the homes. After choosing the house, which comes with a parking space and storage room, we went down to the basement to see the parking space and storage room. He showed us a huge storage room and a huge parking space, which this salesperson promised belongs to the chosen home. Up to this point, everything was perfect, but when we signed the purchase and received the keys, problems started to arise. I went to open the storage room, and to my surprise, it was not the one promised; it was another one that is approximately 1/3 the size of the promised one. I contacted Juan and explained the situation to see if there was any possibility for a solution, and his response was: 'the solution is, you've got what you got,' he didn't even try to give any explanation. So how do I feel? DECEIVED and with no possibility to claim anything. My recommendation, if you do any dealings with JUAN, would be to ensure everything is in writing and sealed, do not trust or believe anything he expresses orally. BE VERY CAREFUL! That said, on another note, I would like to say and thank Antonio and Patricia for the great service they provided, practically perfect!

Negative experience: They showed us an apartment, we made an offer, and they lied to us. They didn't submit the offer and told us it was rejected. They made us go to the agency, and when we got there, they said the apartment was no longer available and that it would be lowered in price. Now it turns out that the apartment is reserved for other people, and they didn't notify us; we had to find that out ourselves. Unprofessional and liars. They made us travel to another town just to not even attend to us properly because the staff didn't even know we had an appointment. We asked about other apartments, and instead of looking, they pretended to see something on the computer but had other things open.

Negative experience: Para comprar una plaza de garage sin hipoteca se tardaron 4 meses! No responden correos, son súper groseros, no tienen ni idea de como tratar a los clientes. Nunca consiguen la documentación completa de IBI, pagos de comunidad, ni escritura de la propiedad! La verdad una estrella es demasiado para el servicio que ofrecen.

Negative experience: Les pongo 1 estrella porque no deja menos. Son unos estafadores y mentirosos. Reservé un piso con ellos, me hicieron preparar el dinero para la reserva para después de semanas llamándolos acaben confesándome que el piso no va a ser para mi, que se lo han vendido a otra persona. No ponen soluciones ni piden disculpas. Simplemente unos sin vergüenzas caraduras, que juegan con las ilusiones de las personas. No recomendaría sus servicios ni a mi peor enemigo.
