You wanted to appropriate more than ten thousand euros, you wanted me to pay you under the table and that's when you started with your disrespect and your bad words, telling me that the price was very high. Second line from the sea, with a pool, garages, furnished... and you pretended to deceive me supposedly by putting it at half price and asking a client who later came to tell me that you asked him for just over double. Now say that it's all a lie. I have all the conversations recorded and the WhatsApp saved. Sayonara baby.

Negative experience: Little professionalism; after many calls, I agreed to a visit to my property because they said they had a potential buyer. We scheduled the visit for 12:30, and at 12:17, Fátima tells me they will be about half an hour late. I asked them to try to arrive before 1 PM, and they ended up arriving at 1:15 PM, late and with what I perceive to be very few problem-solving skills (personal opinion, of course). As I told Fátima and I extend this to this review, time is the most important thing we have, and personally, I do not like to waste it.

Negative experience: We have been deceived. When we signed the reservation for an apartment, they told us that the financing was only there if we wanted to take it, that we were not obligated to do anything with them. After valuing the apartment, having a lower price than what is listed for sale, the bank did not give us the mortgage and they did not want to return our money, claiming that their financing is involved, when at the signing of the papers they did not inform us about this, which means we have been deceived and they kept the reservation money. On top of that, they try to twist the issue and make the buyer look like a liar by saying things we never discussed to make themselves right. Terrible service and terrible professionals.

Negative experience: La operación de compraventa ha sido un desastre. El precio que usaron para ofertar el inmueble se incrementaba a la hora de la compra al pedirles a los compradores 6000€ a parte del precio en conceptos de comisiones que ya me estaban cobrando a mi por otro lado, con lo que el precio final se disparaba a la hora de la firma. La gestión el dia de la firma fue nefasta con errores en la documentación que no era correcta, no adjuntaron ningun documento bien, hicieron cheques cuando el banco pidió transferencia segura... etc etc etc.s
