Positive experience: I have been a client and received good professional service. I rented an apartment and they acted as an intermediary in the contract between the owners and us. In my case, once the contract was made, we communicated directly with the owner regarding monthly payments and issues with the apartment. Contract lengths are usually 6 months, normally with an option to extend. Read the contract carefully to see the payments you will make as a client, as in this real estate agency I had to pay for different things than in other cases. Depending on the season, they may not have apartments for rent, but they also offer an option to buy.
