My wife & I sold our villa inland to move to seaside and absolutely love our apartment in Garrucha which is a year round town with lots of bars & restaurants & supermarkets and a fantastic beach with excellent chiringuitos. Loaisa made our dream come true.

Negative experience: Terrible service with customers, my partner had arranged with the owner to see a house and had an unexpected event come up and informed him that he couldn't go, the man started saying it was an excuse that he wasn't going to see it, that what he was saying was a lie, that he and his daughter had wasted their time with my partner and on top of that the man talking to him in a rude manner and disrespectfully. In short, rude people. I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Sent 2 emails no response after 7! Days called office to be told no one speaks English then they hang up on me shocking service
