Negative experience: I suppose we are in a good moment for home sales and they have plenty of clients, so they can afford a deplorable and quite embarrassing treatment. I contacted them through Idealista to see a property, and they tell me that a worker named 'Loli' sent me an email to arrange a meeting on Monday, September 9th at 10:30. I indicated several times that I did not receive the email and that, please, Loli should get in touch with me. I’m still waiting. No matter how many times I have called, the gentleman seems to be lost and I have zero news from Loli and the visit. Anyway… As I said, I suppose there is a lot of buying and selling, but these unprofessional real estate agencies will be the first to fall when hard times come because they are not at all recommendable due to lack of attention, seriousness, and respect for customers. Update: I have just been informed that the property was in negotiations and they can no longer show it. Honestly, it would have been better to tell me that from the beginning than to keep me in suspense while I was preparing a trip from Madrid to Vera to see the property. Personally, I find it an impressive lack of empathy.

Negative experience: This is a UNRELIABLE agency. No control over the compliance of a house that the agency puts up for sale. Inability to solve the problems to rebuild the house according to the promise made by the sellers. Despite the commitment made in writing with my lawyer to refund the amount paid to block the sale, Paco Para does not refund this amount despite the written promises. For my part, I consider this agency to be untrustworthy or unreliable, and it could even be added... dishonest.

Fantastic experience: Super professionals and serious, very happy with the management they have carried out for me.

Positive experience: Francisco doesn't wear a slick suit and he doesn't give you a smooth sales pitch. Instead, he takes plenty of time to show you around the property and answers all the questions that you may have. After a visit, he responds promptly to any queries that you still may have. Also after sales, Francisco is very helpful in sharing his knowledge of the local community.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this agency has difficulty fulfilling the previously agreed terms.

Negative experience: Impresentable, Inhumano, Usurero, hago reserva hace tres meses para alojamiento en Mojácar por plataforma AIRBN y con menos de 24 horas de mi llegada la cancela, me ha estropeado mis vacaciones a toda mi familia, no lo recomiendo antepone nada más que intereses economicos

Negative experience: Llamé hace más de una semana interesándome por un inmueble. Paco me dijo que me mandaría por wassap enlaces de propiedades similares por la zona de Vera. Todavía estoy esperando. Supongo que le sobrarán los clientes. Me despachó bien rápido. Lo siento Señor Parra, no quería importunar con mi molesta llamada..... Qué falta de respeto y profesionalidad!..... Afortunadamente ya he encontrado otra inmobiliaria que quiere vender.

Negative experience: Hemos vendido, en abril, nuestra casa de Garrucha y la venta fue según lo previsto. Paco nos pidió que no diéramos de baja los servicios (luz, agua, etc) para que al comprador le saliera más barato, ya que no es un alta del servicio sino un traspaso. Así lo hicimos. Al mes de la venta nos ha llegado un recibo de luz del actual propietario. Se le comenta a Paco, que tras múltiples llamadas para que lo gestione, nos dice que el propietario se niega a pagar poniendo excusas. En consecuencia, nosotros que somos los clientes de la inmobiliaria, por hacer un favor, hemos salido perjudicados y el comprador beneficiado. Paco debería velar por los intereses de sus clientes y no por lo de los compradores. Otro detalle que no se nos comentó, es que el dinero del contrato de arras se lo queda la inmobiliaria hasta la venta, no se le entrega al vendedor.

Negative experience: Cuidado con las comisiones. Pedidlas por escrito así como el contrato firmado pues lo dejan pasar, y no hay ni documentos firmados. Puro WhatsApp.

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia como vendedora con los servicios de Paco Parra ha sido bastante buena. Es una persona formal, que ha facilitado todo y se ha encargado del certificado energético y de la firma ante Notario en condiciones difíciles (confinamiento, comprador y vendedor en distintas ciudades). Destaco también el servicio post venta, con un recibo posterior a la firma que debía abonar la parte compradora pero venía a nombre de la parte vendedora, y se solucionó bien, lo cual es de agradecer. Recomiendo sus servicios.
