Negative experience: You don’t have to be very smart to deduce the lack of professionalism, anger issues, and fake reviews supposedly five stars that they themselves put to compensate for the 80% of bad reviews they have. I work in the digital world, and it’s very obvious. They insist on you going to see the apartment come what may, only to later tell you that if you want it, you have to pay 1000 euros as a reservation plus VAT. We all know perfectly well that this is illegal and what article it says that perfectly, but the agencies keep doing it. Maybe it depends on how much the apartment costs per month, or it’s an amount charged to all potential tenants without any criteria or parameter, but that was the price I paid. He specifically told me once again that if I reserved it the next day, I would have a sure response! I told him I don’t trust it, and besides, we are urgently looking for an apartment; I can’t pay, wait, and then have them not accept the documentation. His exact words were, 'You’ll definitely get it; there will be no problem.' Two days later, I gave in and sent him the deposit and the documentation; he told me he already sent it, and a few days later, I called him to ask about it. I said I am … and he responds, 'Ahhh, yes, tell me...' and I was like, what do you mean tell me! Have I been accepted or not? He says he’s waiting because the man is very busy having several properties, etc... but for sure it will go through, followed by: 'I have to hang up urgently; we’ll talk later.' The next day was the same, in writing and dragging things out until after a week, he tells me that it cannot be rented! Knowing that I’m looking, and I was still checking apartments, and if I like one, I want to reserve it, but I had already reserved that one! I’m not playing games, and I told him things as they are from minute one; I seemed more professional than him. Don’t let yourselves be fooled by that good-vibe at the beginning, because when they have your money, they change their behavior completely. I told him to return my money immediately since I had seen other options, and they had already given me the yes after passing the guarantor. I keep calling insisting, and he literally starts shouting! Asking why that distrust, etc... 'Sir, you told me it would be one day, and a week has passed.' Who does he want me to turn to!? I already warned that I’m leaving the apartment, and I can’t take risks! I don’t trust you with everything that has been said and done! That man clearly has anger issues; he got suddenly angry and hung up on me. I have the call recorded, and it’s really incredible. The worst part is that that house was almost already reserved with another agency when I went to see it, and what’s curious is that the agency that managed it contacted me to see it after I sent an inquiry about it five days before the subsequent incident. I couldn’t go, and when they called me to see it for the second time, I answered late and was told it was almost reserved! When that man called me, I thought maybe the owner changed agencies because it’s the same house! Anyway, this confirms to me that what is said in the comments about putting houses without the owners' consent on their website is true. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! You will save yourselves from an unpleasant surprise, and thankfully I had not ruled out other options and continued looking for houses... You have to be cautious because with this type of people, trust is null. I didn’t trust, and I’m one of those who looks at reviews of absolutely everything before going or doing anything, whether a company or establishment, but this time I wanted to go without prejudice. I was clear and concise when the next day I was alerted after having read all the testimonials. Everything is wrong. As an informed consumer, I value transparency and integrity in commercial transactions, aspects that unfortunately were not met on this occasion.

Negative experience: They steal photos of houses to post the ad and I don't even know them nor do they know my house. I call and no one answers and they don't have our permission. From what I've read, this is their modus operandi.

He tries cheap tricks 'giving you advice on how to make sure you get an apartment you like,' when in reality he is trying to charge a commission to the tenant. Since May 2023, Law 12/2023, of May 24, regarding the right to housing, states that real estate expenses and taxes incurred from renting a property will always be the responsibility of the owner. 'The real estate service is provided to the owner, so it will be the owner who must bear the costs incurred by the service.' However, under the name of 'reservation fee,' this agent convinced me in the first phase to pay the equivalent of one month's rent plus VAT, the money for which I then had to demand back for three days with threats to recover it. We agreed to rent according to the law and they tell us that we have to pay the fees (one month's rent + 21% VAT) because the owner is not going to pay it and the tenant has to do it. The usury is outrageous if you add the deposit and the reservation. They should be reported!

At the beginning, she knows very well what she is selling, maintains the dialogue between seller and buyer seeking balance, and is familiar with legal regulations and the real estate market.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this real estate agency. As a landlord, they contact you after you have posted your ad on Idealista or Fotocasa to offer you their service, take photos of your house, and post it on supposed paid job portals that attract expatriates. The reality is that they then duplicate your ad on Idealista or Fotocasa to attract interested parties, pretend to manage the property, and request the agency commission from future tenants if they want to rent the property. They deceive both landlords and tenants, which was our case.

Negative experience: Professionalism is conspicuously absent. They charge a fee (which the tenant has to bear entirely, which is INEXPLICABLE) for not helping you at all. We had a disagreement with the landlord, and they never intervened at any moment. They promised that they would handle all the issues that arose in the apartment while the landlord was unavailable, and it has NEVER been like that. Rubén and Guillermo were the ones who assisted us, and the treatment was very unprofessional as mentioned earlier. It is unacceptable to play with people's trust like this.

Negative experience: Si eres propietario o quieres comprar o bien alquilar una vivienda NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO LOS SERVICIOS DE ESTA EMPRESA. Llevo desde la semana pasada llamando para intentar ver un piso por la zona de Montecarmelo, y al parecer, es imposible. Cada vez que llamo me atiende una chica de recepción de llamadas, me dice que pasa mi llamada al comercial correspondiente y nunca me llama nadie, y por supuesto sigo sin visitar el piso, no sé muy bien por qué razón. La chica de atención telefónica parece un robot que siempre me dice lo mismo y por mucho que pasa notas supuestamente, nada. Me gustaría que el propietario supiera la mala gestión que están haciendo de su propiedad, porque si hacen lo mismo con todo el que se interesa, no lo debe estar viendo nadie…. Pésima atención al cliente!

Negative experience: Una auténtica estafa, llamo para consultar por un piso de alquiler, me atiende un comercial llamado Guillermo y me comenta que tengo que pagar una comisión a la inmobiliaria, la cual me reconoce que es ilegal y aun así me dice que me la va a cobrar. Mucho cuidado con esta inmobiliaria. Es ilegal que cobren comisión al inquilino por alquilar una vivienda.
