Negative experience: I live in an area of Madrid with skyrocketing housing prices (both for rent and purchase) due to tourist apartments, most of which are ILLEGAL, like the ones they are waiting to buy (see attached photo), since this measure does not affect the apartments that already have a license. Stop bombarding the neighbors with your advertising, as we just want to live peacefully in our neighborhoods. I hope this measure that scares you so much succeeds and neighborhoods can once again be neighborhoods with neighbors.

Fantastic experience: Vendí mi piso gracias a ellos, con buena gestión y de manera rápida. El trato tanto de Alberto como de Raquel, que se encargó de decorarme la vivienda, fue estupendo. Me acompañaron en todo el proceso tanto de la venta como de la firma del mismo. Muy recomendables, es la inmobiliaria más seria con la que he tratado.

Fantastic experience: I had initially booked an Airbnb in Madrid with Presidence. However, due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and the new regulations that impede non citizens/residents from entering Europe, I was obligated to cancel my stay. At this time into the booking, I was only entitled to a 50% refund. However, the team was very understanding of my situation and offered me a 100% refund— without even asking for it! Next time I travel to Madrid I'll definitely look out for a place to stay with Presidence!

Fantastic experience: Grandes profesionales. Todo increíble siempre

Negative experience: They steal your money. As result of CoVid, a multi-city trip through Europe for the second week of July had to be cancelled. Three hotels, one Airbnb and a 5 day luxury train were cancelled and money was refunded, in full; for all but for Presidence Real Estate. In May we requested for them to consider the refund as CoVid was making obvious we would most probably not be able to travel. They said Spain was not officially closed as of yet for July. But now withstanding, they proceeded to cancel our reservation (we did not request that unless reimbursement or voucher was to be made) thus, they argued, we had canceled and forfeited any reimbursement. We tried further contacting them once traveling to Spain was imposible from Mexico (where we were) due to CoVid (mid June), but they blocked our numbers and did it answer our emails. All said, Presidence Real Estate robed us. Comparatively to all other service providers, they were the only rude, not professional and thieves. Avoid them.

Negative experience: PELIGROSA GENTE. Esta gente usa Airbnb y cuando vas a hacer check in en la propiedad llegan con un contrato de muchas hojas, lleno de cláusulas absurdas, cuando pides que el contrato lo lea un abogado te piden que te vayas de la propiedad de inmediato. Te piden una tarjeta de crédito para cargar cualquier destrozo de la propiedad y en las múltiples, cláusulas del contrato està lleno de recovecos para poder tomar dinero a discreción, al negarnos a firmar el contrato, te piden que desalojes la propiedad de inmediato y te amenazan que no te devolverán el dinero que haz pagado, que porque Airbnb ya sabe que así operan, al irnos enviò un mensaje de coerción mejor conocido como "blackmail", diciendo que si no hacemos mal comentario de ellos nos, los mismos devuelven el dinero, todo fue notificado a la empresa Airbnb el dinero ha sido devuelto a mi cuenta y el empleado ha enviado otro mensaje diciendo, gracias por el mal comentario, por otra parte... Al comentarle que veníamos de otro apartamento donde se había hecho todo de manera correcta como està estipulado en Airbnb, el levantando falsos, dijo que esos arrendadores eran unos evasores fiscales y por eso no pedían contratos, números de pasaporte y tarjetas de crédito, manténganse alejados de esta peligrosa gente. Nadie por encima de la ley.
