Positive experience: To the agency and its management, 5 stars. Everything was easy, competitive price. They responded by email before our stay to all the questions we had. Once we arrived to pick up the keys, everything was easy and the Argentine man who assisted us was very friendly. We rented the MARSOL 1 house for a week, and it was quite true to the photos. No great luxuries but clean and simple. As a comment, one of the bathrooms had no screen or curtain, and both bathrooms need urgent renovation. Overall, a 4.5 for the experience. We will repeat.

Negative experience: We rented a house at Villa Frank for 10 days. Everything looked good in the photos, but unfortunately, in reality it was not like that. The house is called Villa Vila. Dirt without end, even though I paid 130 for the final cleaning. An old and smelly air in every room. Pests in the cabinets and mold in the dishwasher, which broke on the first day. The pool was not cleaned; we had to take care and call for someone to come and clean it. In the pool, 5 children were slightly injured on their feet. I will avoid Villa Frank as much as possible and of course, will not recommend it.

Negative experience: Apartment in poor condition. Little information, when you arrive they tell you that there are no sheets or any towels, you have to pay for everything separately, they also charge you for the supposedly cleaning of the apartment 80€. And the apartment is very dirty, ants in the kitchen, the floor dirty, the duvet was yellow... not to mention the mattress. The toaster didn't work and to top it off, no hot water. The reference site didn't solve anything for us, we called on Saturday for them to fix the boiler, they came very late and then changed some batteries and told us it was fixed. As soon as we went to take a shower it didn't work, and it was already 8 PM and they had closed. On Sunday they had a party and no emergency phone until Monday, leaving us unable to shower with young children, 8 people and without a shower.

Negative experience: Catastrophic experience with this agency, I strongly advise against it if you don’t want to ruin your vacation! Bad faith, lies, scams, and lack of information: this is the program that awaits you with this agency! The villa we rented (through the French agency Saona Villas, which I have several things to say about) had a lot of problems: whole colonies of ants everywhere in the villa, even in our clothes and food, not to mention the itching caused by these insects, only one shower with hot water, cigarette butts all over the pool area, an external pipe causing large water leaks, dirty dishes and poorly done cleaning, a dishwasher working 1 out of 2 or 3 times, the TV working only for a few channels, no air conditioning system in the villa, bed slats out of the mattress or even broken, etc... Everyone does what they want, but as far as we are concerned, with this agency and Saona Villas, it’s over for good! To respond to the reply from Llafranc Villas: 1) The repairman did not fix the dishwasher (he did not take out any tools and just noted the problem by telling us that we should only use the programs that work 2) We reported the problems encountered within 24 hours of arriving at the villa, contrary to their lie (apparently, it’s not enough for you to do your job poorly, you also have to lie about what the customers say) 3) I told you that I no longer want to deal with you, I prefer to be a customer of an agency without scams and with real customer service!

Negative experience: We arrived on August 19th, excited to spend a vacation. Our first vacation with our 3-month-old baby. We rented a house for more comfort, space, and to bring our dogs. We arrived at the house, Can Massó, and as soon as we opened the door, the bad smell drove us back. We looked at the rooms, each worse than the last. Terrible beds, impossible to sleep. Bed frames over 50 years old and spring mattresses that dig into your back. Dirty kitchen, floor smelling of urine from other dogs, cobwebs, mold on the shower curtains, toilet with a black interior, bathroom floor with beach sand and dirt, very worn and dirty kitchen cabinets, coffee maker leaking water, dog feces from previous stays... in short, a disaster. We called Llafranc Villas and spoke with Mr. Facundo, who told us that for 1400€/week that's what you get, that it's a 'cheap' rental and that everything related to the mattresses is the owner's responsibility, not the agency's. In summary, they wash their hands of it. The owner swapped one of the room's mattresses with her own used one. She acknowledged that the house needs a complete renovation. Tired of being in filth and discomfort, we decided to leave, frustrated and feeling incredibly powerless. We don't have extra money, and being left without the vacation you have been looking forward to is very frustrating. We will never hire your services again, and I will leave our experience in your reviews so that other users don't end up in such a regrettable situation.

Negative experience: Terrible experience at the apartment Illa 23, in Calella de Palafrugell. MEDIOCRITY taken to the extreme. Neglect in the furniture and decoration. Poor overall condition of the apartment. Broken blinds, tattered and fallen curtains. Furniture that looks like it's from the junkyard... If I had been invited, I wouldn’t stay, but paying the outrageous price they ask for such a shabby place makes your insides churn!!! Cabinets full of old and useless things... In short, nothing is cared for. A shame, because with a little love, it could be a pleasant apartment. By the way, the photos are quite misleading. And the terrace is like a storage room. A disaster. We definitely WILL NOT RETURN.

Negative experience: I don't understand how the real estate agency rents out apartments in this condition (Mas Vermey): broken sheets and pillows, with a thousand years of use and strictly 'superficial' cleaning. Old and worn furniture, and you also have to pay extra for air conditioning. Although we have notified them, they have passed the buck from the owner to the real estate agency and haven't even apologized to us as customers. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Positive experience: Stayed at Roger d'en Flor. Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Being British I couldn't bend my car in two to access the garage so paid for public parking £2:38 each day for the first five days- if you can find a space in August. The first couple of nights I walked half an hour as I couldn't understand the local parking arrangements. On the last day the owner came back to reclaim his garage. There was another car trying to similarly collect their luggage.I had an old man with a walking stick wandering around the front of my car trying to advise me how to reverse as I waved my arms at him and shouted to go away. Then another old man decided he could advise me how to reverse as people squeezed past trying to get to the beach. I thought I was going to run the old man over as my wife was shouting directions about everybody who wanted access to the narrow passage. I will need about 3 months to get over the trauma of driving out of there. The flat is beautifully presented although you will need to hire an electric fan at 15 euros each week as the upstairs doesn't have air conditioning.

We are satisfied with the holiday and the house we stayed in, a few small details that could be offered to improve the "better care of the area near the Villa" ""or an invasion of ants on the terrace" but these are only small details.... We had cactus farms behind the house.

Negative experience: A l'arrivée sur l'agence Llafranc : remise de clés sauf le bip garage, peu d'explications où il faut garer la voiture, pas de boitier remis pour la climatisation, bref deux allers-retours de l'agence vers l'appartement. Dans l'appartement : odeurs de moisissures, murs abimés, peinture s'effritant ( dégât des eaux ? voir photos). Pas d'équipement pour faire un peu de cuisine qui est dans son jus, très peu de vaisselle, literies inconfortables, moisissures au niveau du carrelage de la cabine de douche et si on ne laissait pas la porte ouverte, une odeur se dégageait. Terrasse très jolie mais non utilisable car pas de store ou de paravent pour se protéger du soleil, juste une sorte de toile au dessus et pas de lumière d'extérieur pour en profiter le soir. Prise cassée et non utilisable. Et la liste n'est pas finie mais pas assez de place pour écrire tout l'inventaire . Echange avec l'agence ainsi qu'avec le site HISPANOA. Pas de réponse ou très peu, pas de geste commercial, pas de réactivité pour trouver une solution satisfaisante pour les clients : Paye et tais toi. Une honte, je ne recommande aucun des deux+++++++

Negative experience: Appartement très très mal équipé, literies très inconfortables, pas une couverture pour le lit en 140cm; une salle de bain tellement petite que impraticable et dans l autre la poignée de la douche a laissé place à 2 vis pointues et dangereuses pour les enfants ; le minimum n est pas présent au niveau de la cuisine dans les équipements de base ou très très vieux et en mauvais état ex : pas de dessous de plat, pas un couteau correct, pas de plats de service, la hotte est hs et un seul feu fonctionne correctement sur la gaziniere etc en résumé du fric vite fait, au détriment du reste

Negative experience: nobody answered the phone or called back in 3 days when we had no hot water or when 2 men unexpectedly appeared at our door wanting to fix the roof using our terrace....for a 4 day stay we were given a plastic bag with one roll of toilet paper,the smallest bottle of body shower wash ever,2 towels and the bed linen to make our own bed. we also had to collect and return the keyes from/to another village.we did not feel welcome at all

Negative experience: No es lo mismo Que las fotos. Camas Que no son camas, Inmobiliario antiguo, nevera que no enfría. No está equipado de ventilador, y tienes que enfardar te para que te dan uno. Nadie para enseñar te donde es … cocina ok. Lo siento pero no recomendó. Apartamento Carena 2.

Negative experience: Mala comunicación con la agencia. Alquilamos una casa y tuvimos que hacer lo mismo con sábanas y toallas... ni que fuese un albergue! Además tuvimos que ir a recoger y a devolver las llaves a otra población, Lloret y esperar a que abrieran la agencia. Fatal. Menos mal que la estancia en casa Las Rosas de Blanes fue estupenda. Si yo fuese el dueño de la casa se la daria a otros administradores cuanto antes.

Negative experience: Alquilamos un apartamento recomendado por la inmobiliaria Llafranc Villas pero el resultado ha sido nefasto. Viajamos con un bebé de 4 meses y no está nada adaptado, muchas escaleras para poder acceder al apartamento y este además se encuentra en un segundo piso sin ascensor. No nos dijeron nada al alquilarlo pese a que sabían que viajábamos con el bebé. Nada más entregarnos las llaves y llegar al apartamento llamamos a la agencia la cual nos contestó que nos llamarían con una solución. Nos acercamos nosotros a la agencia y entonces la solución que nos Dan es que tenemos que permanecer en el apartamento ya que el propietario ya había cobrado el importe del apartamento. DECEPCIÓN CON ESTA AGENCIA INMOBILIARIA. EL APARTAMENTO NO CONSTA DE ACCESO PARA CARROS NI PARA PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA.

Positive experience: Buen lugar para comer o tapear, calidad correcta y mucha variedad, el precio es bastante ajustado, tal vez la bebida, en nuestro caso cerveza un poco cara. El problema está en la velocidad con la que te sirven l comida. Nos trajeron unos pinchos de kangostino o gamba con vieiras frios. Un plato de mejillones con gambas y calamar helado . Todo lo sirvieron prácticamente a la vez y al ser platos calientes has de comer a la velocidad de la luz. Total que no lo disfrutamos . Con un poco más de calma hubiera estado mucho mejor.

Además no nos avisaron hasta 20 días más tarde con lo que perdimos tiempo de reacción para encontrar otro apartamento. Les pedimos que nos enviaran cancelación y motivos de la misma por escrito vía mail por si decidíamos interponer una queja o denuncia y no nos lo quisieron enviar.

Negative experience: Millorable. Portem unes quantes temporades acollint-nos als serveis d'aquesta agència de lloguers d'apartaments a Llafranc. Enguany ens hem saturat. La qualitat-preu no deshabilita la cura i manteniment dels apartaments que ofereixen. Estem al Pandora 1, apartament de 3 dormitoris, un lavabo, un menjador gran amb 2 sofàs-llit i una cuina. En total hi ha 8 llits. La cuina la van renovar a primers de 2017, aquest any han canviat els matalassos i han repintat, però....: - falten gots - no hi ha coberts suficients i els ganivets no tallen - els plats no són homogenis - hi ha poquíssims estris de cuina - planxes sense nanses, no hi ha pots per cuinar - dutxa amb 'telèfon' que treu aigua per tot arreu menys per on toca, gomes de mampara de dutxa rònegues, per canviar. - tapa del vàter trencada - mobles de 'rastro', vells i empolsinats - ventilador d'ambient que no funciona - endolls desmuntats, que cauen - carpinteria de finestres i portes antigues i amb frontisses i panys desajustats. Només han posat dues noves finestres d'alumini - decoració descuidada plena d'objectes polsosos i pongos que molesten més que altra cosa - neteja inexistent. Gran capítol. La porta d'entrada té la mateixa pols que l'any passat. La cuina enganxa. Gots i olles han hagut de renetejar-se abans d'usar. La dutxa té una mampara de vidre amb calç 'petrificada' i amb gomes de segellament brutes, velles i per canviar. Les aixetes corcades per la calç i amb gomes que els costa evitar el degoteig. La tassa del vàter a desinfectar només entrar - en general tot l'apartament destil·la un ambient caduc, dels anys 60. Desfasat!. La joia de Pandora 1 és la immensa terrassa en angle recte que voreja la façana est i nord. Els 40m2 han deixat de compensar totes les grans deficiències ressenyades, i fan pensar que Finques Villas de Llafranc no controlen adequadament el producte que ofereixen. En definitiva, caldria que de forma periòdica Finques Villas fes una revisió tècnica i d'equipament. No té sentit que ho fiïn tot a les queixes i demandes dels llogaters que es veuen forçats a 'passar per oficina', dia sí dia també. Els caldria renovar el seu compromís professional per donar un bon producte al millor preu. Que, 1.000€/setmana tampoc és tirat de preu. Per cert, fa gràcia que enguany hagin instal·lat Wifi. Amb la de millores que requereix Pandora1...! Ara bé, l'amabilitat del personal és indiscutible, però no n'hi ha prou

Negative experience: Efficient service and good English. Only complaint was that they did not ensure the pool was cleaned in our complex and even after asking, it was not cleaned despite assurances. I was told I needed to contact them again! It is not my responsibility to chase pool cleaners!! No token gesture/refund offered. A shame after a good start.

Negative experience: Location de villa arcades pour 8 chez Lafranc Villas à plus de 2000€ la semaine, résultat : maison trés vieille pour 6, en mauvais état, sale, et mal équipée. Les sanitaires sont dans un état pitoyable, les placards sont dégoûtants, la literie à plus de 20 ans, le calcaire recouvre les robinetteries, le carrelage est cassé, 5 chaises pour 8 personnes , dont une chaise cassée ! Le four ne fonctionne plus, une mini cafetière pour 2 personnes (en mode dînette), pour cuisiner seulement 2 feux sur 4 fonctionnent et concernant le canapé il s'agit en réalité d'un gros bloc de mousse en décomposition recouvert d'un drap (incroyable !!!).....,.... le tout dans un état de saleté scandaleux. Le gars de l'agence parle français et anglais le jour où vous viendrez prendre la location, puis quand vous reviendrez quelques heures plus tard pour vous plaindre de l'état de la maison, curieusement, il ne comprend plus le français ni l'anglais !!! Amis français, faites trés attention à ce marchand de sommeil pour touristes !!
