Negative experience: I am forced to give one star to be able to write my opinion, this company is not recommended at all. Alejandro's service was good at the beginning when he showed us the apartment, but when we wanted to reserve it, he ignored us. He rushed us, making us run from Velilla to Campo Real to reserve it because he had already arranged it with another family for the same purpose. When we arrived, we encountered another family who was coming for the same thing, and they arrived just 10 seconds before us. We had priority as we wanted to reserve it on Monday... but Alejandro didn’t see the message, blaming me for not insisting... Apologies are not enough; what he should have done is take action and acknowledge the mistake towards the other family... but the other family was Spanish, ours was Romanian.

Negative experience: NOT PROFESSIONAL. After reaching a rental agreement, depositing the money, and with both parties in agreement, a family decides to travel from the Canary Islands with a minor. The surprise upon arriving for the key handover is that the 'professional', who leaves much to be desired in that regard, informs them that it is not possible because it has rained and the property has suffered some damage, without prior notice and without bothering to notify the family. They found themselves with all their belongings in a car without a place to even sleep, and I repeat, with a minor in their care. The manner in which it was handled was not correct on the part of that 'professional', and to this day they are still waiting for at least an apology that obviously will not come. I do not recommend them; they are anything but a serious and professional real estate agency.

Negative experience: Good morning Alberto Brea, I believe you made a mistake responding to the previous review assuming it was me who wrote it. I ask you to remove my name from that review as it was written by a family member. I also want to communicate that at no point did I threaten you or the real estate agency; I only communicated to you face to face that I would file a complaint about the events that occurred since I am completely within my rights to do so. Whenever I spoke with you, it has been with respect and education. The events that occurred are what they are, and no matter how much they want to cover them up, the harm done to me and my minor daughter cannot be hidden. That day, we were literally left on the street without any options or taking care of a miserable night in a guest house. The culprits may be the homeowners, but you as mediators bear part of the responsibility. All this will be demonstrated in court with documentation (copy of the contract) and conversations that, by the way, you tried to delete on your part, but they were already captured by me. Despite all this, I only want an amicable solution and for someone to take responsibility for all the economic and moral damage caused.

Negative experience: I am posting a review because I can't give a 0. My family traveled from Las Palmas after so many hours and waiting in the car for many more, and half an hour before, they say that the apartment is not in good condition. According to you, they were informed half an hour before the key handover, something that was agreed upon in a contract stating that it was signed that day and at that time, since my family was traveling from Las Palmas. I paid the security deposit and the current month's rent, in addition to bringing 700€ in cash for the real estate fees. Everything is documented through conversations and can be justified. This happened on Saturday, September 16, my family traveled by boat since the 14th, and I tell you it was quite a long journey. As of today, September 26, there has been no help from your side; according to you, Pilar offers several options, but that’s not true. The only thing she offers is a one-bedroom house, and there are four of us in my family with two girls. Because of this situation, my daughter cannot be registered and is still not enrolled in any school in Madrid as a minor. There are no threats from anyone; we are simply expressing our humble opinion. It is only natural that given this situation, they should be reported, and we can write what we think. They have caused a lot of pain to a family who went with hopes to move there, and because of this situation, I see my eldest daughter and me separated from my youngest daughter and my husband because we cannot afford to pay for hotels and such for four people while waiting to find something. For me, they have shown a shocking lack of humanity, seeing a father with a disability and a minor girl after 38 hours on the boat and 6 hours of travel to reach Madrid by car, and the hours of waiting until 9:30 in the morning waiting in that car, and they did nothing to help them or find them a simple hostel to rest that day. All I ask is for justice to be done for all the pain caused.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience and lacking any professionalism, they hid information about the apartment I reserved and after paying €5,000 as a deposit in the sale contract and realizing what was behind this property (only upon arriving at the notary's office and by the warnings made by Mr. Notary), they refused to refund the €5,000 deposit. I have been dealing with problems with them for 3 months and in the end, I have to sue them with the lawyer I had to hire for this matter. It's a shame that these things happen. I would never return to this real estate agency, and I hope no one else has to suffer this experience.

Negative experience: Horrible! They left a family from the Canary Islands (with a minor involved) stranded. Everything was closed and paid for. Two days of travel, a boat to Huelva and a car to Madrid. They arrive exhausted for the key handover and contract signing (which they brag about to avoid being sued, was not signed) but was paid for and everything agreed upon. The family arrives early and contacts them, and the response via messages, yes, via WhatsApp message that they cannot give them the house 'due to dampness' (something that can happen). But the good part comes later; they do not provide any help or alternatives, the phrase they used several times was 'it's not our problem.' A family that found themselves alone and helpless, with their dreams and hopes shattered and a real estate agency that failed to manage. ... The best part is that they knew about the dampness several days in advance. Lack of empathy, lack of professionalism, and above all, lack of humanity.
