Negative experience: A real estate agent should be accountable to their clients. Before signing any documents related to the transaction (in our case, the purchase of a house) with third parties, the agent should have verified the information provided by the clients and the ownership, burdens, and encumbrances of the property. However, Red Finques has not done this. They do not have the documentation for the property (the occupancy certificate) and after months (yes, as incredible as it may seem) MONTHS of waiting, we cannot buy the house because we do not have the renewed certificate. The deposit has expired 5 times and it will happen again in a few days. On top of that, we have to wait AGAIN for the resignation of the Generalitat, which ALSO expires. So if destiny's chance decides, buying the house will have taken us a year. They are ruining my life. I will NEVER recommend them. Don't believe any of the stories they tell you. They sell properties without having the proper documentation. My compliments to the company's manager, Mr. Ramon Fonoll, who, being aware of our situation, hasn't made even a courtesy call to show some interest in the matter, demonstrating an exceptional lack of professionalism. We know that other people are in the same situation as us. I am very sorry because I know what they are going through and the grievance this entails.

Negative experience: We bought a house from this real estate agency, which was owned by the bank. With only two days left to sign the purchase agreement at the notary, they still did not have the energy efficiency certificate or the occupancy certificate. They sent us a certificate that was not for our house and then sent us the expired one for our house. We went to sign the purchase of the house without the certificate because it was in the process of being renewed. The girl who sold us the house, a certain Emma, told us she would get in touch with us when they had the renewed certificate, and to this day we are still waiting for a response. Luckily, we kept an eye on the process and we already have the certificate to be able to contract the supplies for the house. A total disaster. The girls were terrible. Very little professionalism.
