Fantastic experience: Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, I can honestly say Michelle at My Costa Blanca Home is far and away the best. Nothing is too much trouble, and Michelle actually does the best for her clients, going well above and beyond what would be expected of her. Fantastic service.

Positive experience: After 6 months of house searching with Michelle & Leon who were very helpful & patient ,we finally got our house. Only negative is the 5x white goods were not left as promised, so heads up to anyone buying get an inventory done as No compensation is given.

Negative experience: We were asked to remove our negative review (we were not receiving the goods available according to our criteria as promised), which we did. After email exchanges, nothing has changed. Agency that should definitely not be recommended.

Fantastic experience: We used My Costa Blanca Home to sell my father in law’s property in Spain. Having sold a number of properties in the UK down the years I’ve never been moved to write a review for the estate agents concerned (mostly they’ve been pretty useless). Michelle at MCBH certainly broke the mould. Transacting a property disposal from 1,000 miles away was not something we were looking forward to, but thanks to the totally professional advice, guidance and support we received it was remarkably painless. I really cannot recommend Michelle and MCBH highly enough, and wish I could give them 6 stars! A huge thank you.
