Negative experience: Been trying to contact them regarding a problem I had with the owner of the property i rented,I have now left the property for health issues,they refuse to answer the phone and messages I have sent on numerous occasions, I'm still having problems with this property even though I have left months ago.dont go near them.

Negative experience: Lovely people when you are signing up but service goes down hill after. They are a very poor company and the census around the local region they are total con merchants you will never get your deposit back so be warned
As this is hearsay, I believe you been mis-informed. All deposits are refunded, if rent is up to date, and all bills are paid in full. However in your particular case, neither the rent, or the bills were up to date. And the property was left in a poor condition. We do not hold the deposit. It clearly states this in your contract clause 8. And only on the property being checked and the bills being up to date would a deposit be returned by the owner. You failed to pay the rent, and on chasing vacated the apartment without notice, and leaving debts.

Negative experience: The greatest bandits ever. An appointment to rent long term and the property was for sale so they could possibly buy. Want to make a contract that I have to buy at € 299,000.00 less 3 months rent. The day the contract is concluded, the rent increases by € 50, must provide a 2-month guarantee and the broker must pay commission! Please note that they also present themselves under the name of a Barcelona broker Don casa Inmo. I contacted my lawyer and immediately told me not to cooperate with them because I would have been scammed otherwise !!! Everyone watch out with this company !!!
I have only just come across your review. I believe you wanted to purchase a property next door that we did not have on our books. If an owner set the price, then that is what we have to sell or rent for. It is not our decision to make. Also we do not have any association or links to any property in Barcelona Don Casa Inmo

Negative experience: Verkade bra men inte när det gäller.. Hyr man från dem kan man inte ens bli padron för kontrakten är felaktiga. Kan inte ens få zip kort fast man har företag för att lägenhetskontraktet bedöms som temporärt men är ett långtidskontrakt.... De på townhall skakar på huvudet och säger nej det är semesterkontrakt.. Men det roliga här är att de vägrar ändra i kontraktet och är ju egentligen olagligt att bo mer än 3 månader på semester i Spanien. Men som sagt... Med kontraktet nu går det inte att bli padron så.... Och lägenheten är under all kritik.. Kontraktet säger att lägenheten lämnas över i gott beboeligt skick men vi fick bo på hotell 2 nätter och köpa skur medel för flera hundra och sanera...

What a shame you think you should post a bad review when your failure to pay the rent or keep the contract and leave the old age pensioners without enough money to be able to live. They relied upon this rent to keep a small car on the road to get them to hospital for the cancer treatments, and the eye care they were having. The pressure you put them under was cruel. Your contract was directly with the owner and not with us. All landlords are being made fully aware of you. As you have been named and shamed on facebook by many others already.
Negative experience: Dom var bra i början och allt lät så bra men så fort det gällde deras ansvar så höll dom inte och dom skriver till och med ut olagliga kontrakt,dom så kallade long term,Dom skriver på 11 månader temporärt/ holliday hyres kontrakt men enligt lag får du inte vara i Spanien på semester mer än 3 månader och holliday homes kontrakt är upprättat så att du kan inte söka och bli residensia eller ens padron så tänk noga innan ni hyr från dessa icke spanska agencys, gå till en spansk agentur och kolla upp för dom vet hur det funkar här och ta med en tolk som då kan lagen och reglerna för då blir allt lagligt men inte med många brittiska agenturer,och jag pratar från erfarenhet från just denna och en annan brittisk agentur.
Your contract was direct with the owner, and not with us. We were only an intermeditary. I believe that all owners need to be prewarned not to take you on as a tenant. The owners are pensioners and your failure to pay the caused them to have to borrow money from family and friends to get them through. Not a nice way to treat the home owners.
