Negative experience: I am a seller and I couldn't be more disappointed with them. I was initially attended to by Adriana, everything very professional and serious, behind me for several weeks insisting on closing the sale. When everything was ready for them to sell, Adriana mentioned that she couldn't do visits due to health issues and passed me on to a certain Julián who is in charge of coordinating visits for the apartment, which he then goes to change, cancels later, chaotic, etc.... and mind you, I have a wide schedule. He confirms a visit for Saturday at 10:30 after I ask him 3 times. I’m there and the minutes go by, no one from the real estate agency shows up or calls me. At 10:45 I call Julián, no one answers. I call Adriana, no one answers. Finally, someone from the office calls me, saying there was a communication problem and Víctor left about 10 minutes ago to do the visit. They had forgotten about the visit, to notify me, and possibly the potential buyer as well. And now comes the worst part: Víctor calls me 35 minutes later at 11:05 and says that he is downstairs but no one came, the visit left him hanging. I say: let’s see, if it’s true that no one came, you didn't notify because you weren't there either, you left when I called the office. To which I think he got tired of waiting for the potential buyer because you must not have notified her either. And I am not here to waste my time and let you take me for a fool, it’s easier to catch a liar than a cripple, I don’t believe you and I’ve lost my trust. To which he replies: visits are canceled and I don’t like your tone (totally because he didn’t believe the story I was telling him) to which I reply: well, that is the tone of an angry client, due to your ineffectiveness, who doesn’t like to waste time on a Saturday, and who on top of that, you want to take for a ride. Go take it somewhere else. And don’t you dare tell the visitor that it was the owner who didn’t show up, because with your lack of seriousness and professionalism I’m sure you will. I tell Adriana everything that happened that Saturday via WhatsApp and we will talk on Monday. What do they do? Well, among themselves they share their nonsense and cover up their miseries. And without prior notice, on Monday morning and without anyone calling me about what happened to investigate their lack of professionalism, they remove the property from all real estate portals and their website. Then afterwards they call me on Tuesday to see if they can continue and surprise, the whole story distorted. With a chaotic real estate agency, that passes the buck among themselves, hides their miseries and negligence, and even takes the sellers and buyers for a ride, playing with their time, and the worst part, instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and apologizing, they put the blame on buyers and sellers and want to take them for fools, with bad manners. If they act like this with the visits, who knows what they do with the rest of the steps in the buying and selling process. Be careful with the personal data they request from you, because it borders on illegality in compliance with the LOPD not to mention it could be illegal which I will find out from the lawyer. They have your data which raises fears about what could be done with it if it gets into the hands of a scam financial institution. And mysteriously three days ago we see a magnificent review from that Víctor, which was expected, a bad one from me or from the buyer who would be tired of waiting. Is that to compensate for their neglect and lack of professionalism? These reviews make me doubt, so many 5... And a couple of other aspects that make me doubt that they work well: errors in postings, they don’t call potential future buyers when a property comes in, don’t verify the financial capacity of visitors as I expected.... Very bad experience overall, you will waste your time with this real estate agency and they will take you for a ride. On top of being foolish, beaten down.

Negative experience: Rosana me dijo que un piso de alquiler era mío, tras pagar una reserva de más de 900 euros me indica dónde puedo buscar los electrodomésticos. Estoy una semana buscando parking, reservo los electrodomésticos. Me dijo que el piso era mío, que no había ningún problema por parte del propietario. Diez días después el piso ya no es solo para mí lo está enseñando a más gente. Muy mal, ni disculpas ni nada, trato fatal, no reconoció nada. Son los que más cobran para tener este tipo de comportamientos.
